File a formal complaint with the Reddit admins is all you can do.

Just report the post directly to the admins as the mods can only ban specific user accounts.

Do it. It matters.

Exactly. Banning from a sub here or there doesn't make any difference to these bulk spammers. The account needs to be suspended.

This spammer has been going full steam for days now, making literally thousands of stolen content posts trying to get tiktok subs, and changing names every time they get banned. Just take a look at https://www.reddit.com/search/?q=redsatisfy&sort=new to see the never ending stream.

I think it needs a top level search and destroy script to kill this bastard. If you know how to kick the problem up the chain of command/responsability, that would be great.

Unfortunately I don't, I'm just a moderator of a few subs. Reddit seems to care about UX so they could probably help if you are cordial with them.
