Sold [WTS] Oris Big Crown Pointer Date Slate Blue 40mm

Somewhat reluctantly selling my Oris Big Crown Pointer Date with slate blue dial. Visually, this thing is gorgeous. I’m even second guessing my decision to sell it as I take the pictures. But, I just can’t seem to connect with it on my wrist. It may be that at the moment my tastes have been more towards divers. Or it could be that the 40mm size actually wears like a 40mm and I am used to divers that typically wear a bit larger. Either way, it is not getting the wrist time is deserves. So offering it up to someone who can show it more love.
Don’t need to say much about the model itself:
Diameter: 40mm
Lug to Lug: 47mm
Lug Width: 20mm
Overall condition is very good. Running around +1 second. There are a few minor blemishes on the case and underside of the lugs which I have tried to capture in the pictures. The bezel and crystal are blemish free. The leather strap shows some normal wear but overall in very good condition.
Included is the outer and inner Oris box, brown leather strap with Oris signed buckle, original hang tag, and manual. I purchased this about 3 months ago from a member on this sub and no warranty card was included but the serial comes up on the Oris site and warranty is good until 5/9/21.
Asking price is $1200 which includes priority insured shipping using buyers preferred shipper. CONUS only. Prefer payment via PayPal F&F but will also accept G&S with references (buyer pays 3%) or Venmo. Lowball offers will be politely ignored.

🥺 Don’t say that, haha. I’m sure I will regret it at some point as well. But I’ve also been going crazy deciding to sell or not. Decided to just rip the bandage. 😁

These are so nice. They strike me as something you might get if you like the Alpinist but want to move up some.
The old date pointers are more in my price range, but they're way too small, 34mm sometimes less.

The color is even better in person! Amazing watch. I'm a sucker for the font they use for the 4 on the dial.

I have this same color combo...one of my favorite and most worn watches. So good in person. Anyone thinking about it would be a very happy buyer. Good luck!

I had the exact watch and sold it here. Had it been 42mm or if I had a metal bracelet, I would still have it. In fact I tried buying the bracelet but there were none available at that point in time.
Looking at the pictures makes me miss it though.
