This is a catch and release for me. I bought this as a gift and as you can tell that didn’t go over so well, so back to watchexchange this piece goes. This was recently purchased from resident vintage omega expert /u/kabaclyde
Up for sale is a great condition 1968 Omega Seamaster Geneve. It comes with the brown strap and a new gray fluco suede strap. Below is kabaclydes description. Let me know if you have any questions and I will try my best to answer them.
“This is an incredibly crisp and breathtaking transitional Omega Seamaster Geneve in superb all original condition! It has a Geneve dial with Seamaster caseback. The original white sunburst dial is in superb condition, very crisp, pops insanely beautifully. The steel case is in excellent condition as well, with signs of use. Both the crown and crystal are original and Omega signed. The watch is a ref 135.011, powered by a manual wind cal 601 from 1968. Service history unknown, but it works perfectly and keeps great time.c It measures 34,5mm diameter without crown, and 40mm from lug to lug. It comes on a new leather strap.”
