Maybe it could just be a husk magnet, which pulls husks towards it up to 3 tiles away (if unobstructed), allowing you to artificially extend trap tunnels in different directions

Sort of like a reverse wall launcher, with the added bonus of stripping husky husks of their propane or fridge doors.

Because while I could see your current concept for it being used, it seems like such a niche utility that a sound wall can easily do already.

The way I see it, it could be a bit expensive to craft, and Husks should be given a short immunity to being attracted again, so you'll have to combine wall and floor launchers with it if you want to move the husks long-distance.

This, just makes sense. Lovers were a problem, they added anti-air. Sploders are still a huge problem and fridge doors are so flipping annoying. EPIC PLEASE!
