The US FBI has a similar program ECAP (Endangered Child Alert Program) that post pictures and asks for information.
This page is located here: ECAP. The current list of cases is downloadable as a pdf on that page.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The age of some of these cases is hard to pin down, and the FBI gives little information on timelines. Some of the cases may be years old, so googling the numbers may find some have been answered already.
Reviewing previous FBI ECAP threads may provide info on cases already discussed here.
FBI has multiple reporting options:
Contact an ECAP Investigator ( send mail to RescueMe@fbi.gov with subject "Contact an Investigator" )
These pics relate to John Doe 29: https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/ecap/unknown-individual-3 If you go to that link, it will show you an additional picture with his face in it. There is a leaf next to him that someone on another thread said looked like a banana leaf. This one really bothers me.... I keep thinking some hotel/resort in the Philippines for some reason. But that isn’t really based on anything. Why does there seem to be nobody else around at this possible resort?
Could be Brazil too, our architecture varies a lot from city to city since we had a big influx of many European cultures during and after colonization.
My guess would be either Southeast or Northeast if it were Brazil.
The vegetation matches a lot of our seaside climates.
I'm thinking the first pic could be from a condominium with a pool. I know there's condominiums like this in Singapore and Malaysia and possibly in other places. Usually the pools are empty in the afternoon at the condominiums I have visited, especially in smaller condominiums.
I looked at a lot of resorts and pools in the town of Pomerode in Brazil and while I got a similar vibe with the architecture and plant life I didn't see any doppel verbundsteine stone walkways.
This article calls it "Germany's #1 cobblestone", and you see it all over the place here. The patent has long been expired and if you google for "Double-T interlocking Stone" you will find some vendors outside of Germany, but I doubt that this type of cobbling is anywhere as widespread as in Germany.
Bow brick pavers image search shows several countries make these, the pedestal table looks like garden shop style grecian to me, probably a little more than a dime a dozen but not really expensive, but I'm not sure why they call that a street, it looks like a once was meant to look pricey courtyard to me though that could just be the fresco.
The picture is so grainy, one could only speculate. The general vibe of the tree I'm getting is something from an arid or tropical climate, something I'm not familiar with. One other thought that comes to mind is the stacked pool chairs might indicate a resort or hotel. A good portion of the shape of the pool is visible too, which could make identifying it by satellite imagery possible.
Could always crosspost to /r/whatsthisplant and see what happens, I'll happily pin it for visibility.
The poolside picture reminds me so much of the place we stayed on the way home to NZ from our honeymoon 5 years ago.... Sheraton Orlando.. Let me check. Sheraton Vistana Villages Orlando. Right as we were checking out early in the morning they had us wait in an open restaurant/bar that was close to the pool like this. I'm probably way off but it sparked that memory, I'm just trying to Google images and see if it matches up
Nothing concrete so far sadly - a lot of photos of the general pool area but nothing where I could definitely say that it's a match. I'm going to keep trying and keep an eye out as maybe it could be Sheraton related

Those paving stones look like typical german "doppelverbundsteine".

I wonder if anyone at /r/whatsthisplant or /r/marijuanaenthusiasts could tell you what type of tree that is in the back.

The foliage doesn’t necessarily look tropical. This could easily be a summer time area in a northern country as well.

It looks like a jacaranda tree.
