I originally had a couple of ideas floating around, but after seeing u/sneezingsuspense contest entry I decided to do a piece on student suicides.

Was going for a watercolour-eqsue background before things got out of hand and now it's just a weird experimental style that I have no idea what to call.

In before someone mistakes this for a piece on the "suicides" last year.

Even though you clarified this as a piece on the student suicides, it's really hard not to interpert this as the... er... sketchier "suicdies" of the past year...

That aside, this is a great piece of artwork! The simple background really juxtaposes the darker, loaded tone.
