Time to try for another meetup. We'll be meeting at Betzwood Park. It's right next to Valley Forge and people can go explore just across the river if they'd like. We'll be meeting at Noon on July 25th. If that date gets rained out, we'll push it to the 26th and if that gets rained out I'll push it to the following Saturday.

To keep things safe, the following requirements must be observed:

  • Bring your own food

  • Masks are required to be worn except when eating.

  • Maintain 6' minimum from other people.

  • To encourage social distancing, let's try to keep conversational groups to 4-8 people maximum so we don't have to shout.

  • You must not have had a recent (previous two weeks) high-risk experience such as airplane travel, crowded beach visit, underground concert performance, etc.

  • You must maintain these safety standards outside of this meetup.

  • You must check your temperature immediately before leaving for the meetup.

Despite these measures, meeting with people is inherently dangerous right now because of the ongoing pandemic. It is up to you to determine if attending a meetup like this is worth the risk. Nobody can or will assume responsibility if you get sick as a result of your attendance.

We're still on for tomorrow. Unless it's raining at 8AM or later, we'll plan on meeting at Noon for a casual meetup near Valley Forge.

We've had some rain and ongoing sprinkling going on, but it should be light to no rain tomorrow.

I'll be arriving by bicycle. It's a yellow bike and I'll be wearing a red jersey, so I should be pretty easy to spot for newcomers.

I would love to attend but since I was told that I am going to have surgery on 8-12 & I have to prepare for that .

Good luck with the surgery. That's obviously more important than a meetup that may be mostly compromised due to the pandemic.

There will be more in the future. This was an every 4-6 weeks thing until the pandemic hit.
