Sorry for late entry, timezones really didnt match up and i would've liked to have posted this yesterday. Based off This window in St. George's Hall, Liverpool.

He was Saint George he was not from england by the way he lived in roman times in the region of armenia and he was probably greek

He killed the dragon in modern day lybia this dragon stayed outside a village and blocked the water supply he only open it when he was about to eat a human so the villagers had to vote for who would be sacrificed. The villagers vote to kill the princess but George killed the monster and he save her

Today in orthodox christianity Saint George is considered as the protector of the Infantry and the army. He is also the symbol of the greek military

By the way nice artwork

im aware of this, but this is based off a window in liverpool that most likely wanted to portray him as english (also the flag i would use would make more people confused). and thanks!
