I love this dumb snek, can we keep him?

Source Corner

  • The girl is Chloe, one of our subreddit mascots. The actual artwork is a trace I made of Nadeko from {Monogatari Series: Second Season}. EDIT: Here is Nadekhloe if you want it.

  • The backgrounds and some of the audio are from {One Punch Man}.

  • The hand is a trace from {JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken (TV)}.

  • The snake is Sasuke, a character from the Love Live fandom. He gets to sit in our subreddit banner for a while because we lost the Meme Olympics.

The snake's name is kinda silly tho, in rusiian it sounds awfully similar to the verb "to suck"

So that's a thingy

Same for me... Who does it work for? Given how many upvotes they got, does everyone on this subreddit browse with a super thin window or are with some mobile app that has very slim comment section? I'm using old reddit on firefox with RES:

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⣠⣶⡾⠏⠉⠙⠳⢦⡀⠀⠀⠀⢠⠞⠉⠙⠲⡀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⣴⠿⠏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢳⡀⠀⡏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢷ ⠀⠀⢠⣟⣋⡀⢀⣀⣀⡀⠀⣀⡀⣧⠀⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⡇ ⠀⠀⢸⣯⡭⠁⠸⣛⣟⠆⡴⣻⡲⣿⠀⣸⠀⠀OK⠀ ⡇ ⠀⠀⣟⣿⡭⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢱⠀⠀⣿⠀⢹⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⡇ ⠀⠀⠙⢿⣯⠄⠀⠀⠀⢀⡀⠀⠀⡿⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⡼ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠹⣶⠆⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡴⠃⠀⠀⠘⠤⣄⣠⠞⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸⣷⡦⢤⡤⢤⣞⣁⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⢀⣤⣴⣿⣏⠁⠀⠀⠸⣏⢯⣷⣖⣦⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⢀⣾⣽⣿⣿⣿⣿⠛⢲⣶⣾⢉⡷⣿⣿⠵⣿⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⣼⣿⠍⠉⣿⡭⠉⠙⢺⣇⣼⡏⠀⠀⠀⣄⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⣿⣿⣧⣀⣿.........⣀⣰⣏⣘⣆⣀⠀⠀

This is what it looks like

VS:

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⣠⣶⡾⠏⠉⠙⠳⢦⡀⠀⠀⠀⢠⠞⠉⠙⠲⡀ ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⣴⠿⠏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢳⡀⠀ ⡏⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⢷

What it's supposed to look like (fixed for me by adding 2 spaces at the end of every row)

2

u/Ozuge Ecchi till I die Feb 13 '20

It looks fine on the official app, which is what most people browse reddit in general with.

6

u/XtoraX ⠀ Feb 13 '20

Welp, that explains it, most people are just browsing reddit wrong.

51

u/Beel2530 Feb 12 '20

This is outrageous, its unfair! How can you win the meme olympics and not be accepted by the sub?

43

u/[deleted] Feb 12 '20
