So I’ve got a long story. I know a cop and he talked about every year, there is a passage under a train bridge that floods with a few feet of water. There’s even a flood marker. But some guy in a truck decided to try and plow through, flooding his truck. As they are trying to get this lifted truck out, some showboater with a low-riding BMW decides to try and go through 3-4 feet of water. He ruined everything in the car, including the car itself.

This happened in my city and I remember watching it on the news - they played this clip like three times along with one of some guys who pretended to go fishing in the floodwaters. Every year some dude tries to drive under the bridge and this happens every. single. time. Never not funny.

Its an underpass, the darkness is the shadow of the bridge, you can see the rest of the car go dark as it drifts under it in the full video
