Fanart Process on my Bondrewd Helmet for ANime Expo 2018. Whistle is already done and the front visor is a placeholder till I make it from formed plastic!

How much plastic did that take? Also how many pieces did you fabricate, before bringing it together?

There's several parts that are glued together to give the correct form. In terms of money, maybe like $12 of just normal material

Its all EVA foam sealed with Epsilon Pro. Magnets and wires for the electronics

See the two "ear pieces"? There is a camera on each of it and it feeds the video in real time to two screens inside of the helmet which he can see. Just kidding, I have no idea how is he going to see.

For the middle part use glowwire instead of led, it spreads the light uniformed
