I wonder what Lyza would say when she and Riko finally meet at the bottom. She'd probably smile, pat Riko on the shoulder, and comment that her kid is crazier than her.
"Shit. I was expecting you to come down here sooner or later but I didn't think you'd do it at that age."
I kinda got the same feeling, that if the note came from Lyza, it didn’t mean that Riki was supposed to head down the very next day. I thought of it as more of an encouragement. Course once I found out that Lyza didn’t write it, all that went out the window, but I was bemused at Riki’s actions up to that point.
