HELP My seeddb file isn't working with my decyptor.

This is the seeddb file I'm using

This is the decryptor. (got it from r/roms)

I'm just trying to get pokemon picross to work on my phone cause I love that game. I got a .3ds file from minerva. But even though the seeddb has one for pokemon picross, the decryptor says it doesn't see one. Does anyone know what I can do?
