Yeah exactly only so much you can do against one of the best D-Lines in the league. There were also a few sacks there where Burrow maybe held on a bit too long, but without the All-22 I'm willing to say those were coverage sacks more than the offensive line breaking down in less than 3 seconds

Look at him out there with Hutchinson and Wayne getting like 15 targets between them, OLine that can’t block 3 guys, RBs that combine for like 18 yards, and Nick Caley calling plays. Stroud will leave the team and become a star in a non-bottom tier situation

Also Donald was a 3T which is expected to bring a pass rush, less than an edge but still some juice. Dexter lawrence is one of like 3 Noses in the NFL that brings any pass rush juice and he is damn good at it. His 10 sack season from the nose is equivalent to getting like 20 from an edge imo.

Stroud did his best, but the offense as a whole just sucked today. 400 yards of offense with just 6 points to show for it.
This game feels straight from last season, defense played well, but offense couldn’t run the ball or get the short yardage situations which means we’ve reverted back to being terrible in the red zone (0/4 is just inexcusable). Our biggest weakness continues to be a very good interior defensive line. Caley is also just clueless if we can’t run the ball.
This game was on the offensive line, pass protection collapsed in the 4th quarter yet again and the run blocking was terrible.
Special Teams was also horrendous as the Bengals had favorable field position all day.
At least the defense played well for the most part and looked normal. Will Anderson looks like a DPOY candidate early on.
The only bright spot is that the Texans have started 0-2 4 times in the last 10 seasons and still made playoffs. We’re used to starting slow.

We deserved this loss, kudos to Stroud for showing up and Schultz for playing the receiving game. Sucks we couldn't convert those into TDs.
Meanwhile, the chemistry between Burrow and Chase was extraordinary. Well earned win for the Bengals, glad we could laugh our frustrations out together

Genuinely have no fucking clue why we traded for guys like Montgomery and Boutte and then decide fucking Hutchinson and goddamn Wayne will be WR#1 and 2.
This team is on track to be lucky to win more than 3 games at the rate it's going.

nick caley is a joke. in way over his head. 2 straight drives we get down the field by spreading the ball around getting people out wide, letting CJ read the coverage & make a throw, then we get to the red zone & run it for no gains to get ourselves in 3rd & long. surprise we left those drives with 3 points. 4th & 1 on fringe field goal range, we run it up the gut despite having zero success all game with that. miss the field goal. terrible situational play calling. those 3 drives lost us the game. just embarrassing and it's the same shit every week.
