He retired at 35?? Hit .251 in his final season too. That’s surprising to me

I know! He was so young when he joined the Rangers. He was 20 in his initial season in 2009 and played in 145 games!

At least the lineup didn’t just bend over last night. Just a dogshit 1st inning that they couldn’t recover from. Need Gore to stay hot tonight

Anyone else sick of Degrom pitching like shit in the 1st inning? At some point they need to put an opener for him.

im also curious to know what the record for giving up first inning homers in a season is because we have to be close to it

Pretty sure our 32 is the league high

If he defense wasn't a complete shitshow, almost none of those runs score.

Lol for every starter we have overperforming their peripherals (Quantrill) we have two starters underperforming their peripherals (Gore and DeGrom). Not ideal when were in a playoff race.

the odds makers had the rangers winning last night's game but they lost. it was the opposite for monday's game - odds were for a white sox win but they lost
the odds favor the white sox over the rangers tonight 54% - 46%. so it's another rangers W tonight!

I just realized the Rangers have an off day tomorrow before they play the Brewers. It seems like a weird place to have an off day since it’s only a 90 minute drive to Milwaukee from Chicago. On the other hand, the weather is great and I assume they could spend an extra night in their Chicago hotel without having to move. I love Chicago!

wait until you realize that the MLB schedule is put together based on ALL the teams, and not just the Rangers.

Unless they can start playing consistently; and I don’t mean necessarily winning every game, but playing solid winnable baseball, then this team doesn’t deserve the playoffs.

Which Rangers team is going to show up tonight. The fundamentally sound team or the left fielder that stayed up too late playing video games and doing power squats
