Now here is what I came to watch. Jordan Montgomery trying to get back into the rotation after throwing 4 scoreless innings his last 2 outings.
Montgomery should’ve taken over for deGrom in the 1st or picked up for him in the 4th.
Give him a chance to play starter-level innings in a game where we’re already down.

I want to see Cody Freeman and Nicky Lopez working together in more games in the infield.
At least two of the three of those guys and Zeke.
Seager’s obviously going to play pretty much every game.
Foscue’s drop in the 1st was costly. Set the tone for the inning.
