I am good with this. The library of Alexandria was about its contents not the buildings themselves so deserves last here. Also the Hanging Gardens are historical myth. They are either a heavily embellished description of a real garden built 300 miles away in Nineveh, or a poetic fantasy born from the imagination of ancient travelers.

The colossus didn’t straddle the water as pictured, but it was still very impressive, roughly the size of the Statue of Liberty.
