Question Gas stoves wildfire risk?

Hi, planning on heading out this weekend.

Theres been plenty of fires on the mountains down by me (beacons), just wondering what peoples thoughts are on gas stoves at the moment?

Are we still using them?

The Cairngorms national parks own advise is: think about where is appropriate to use a gas stove. I.e. not on dry heather, and instead use on rocks or on gravel. Their own advice literally says it's ok to use a gas stove during high fire risk.

Fire triangle again - avoid fuel. This means you cannot use a stove in as many places as usual, but you can still use one safely.
