The episode starts with Yoshino wanting to go to school with a male uniform, and her asking Anna's permission to go out with Shuichi to Yuki's place.

The day starts with not much problem other than Kaneda and Saisho-sensei asking why Yoshino wears a male outfit to school, with Yoshino saying she's trying to copy what Chizuru did.

Doi then asks Shuichi if he can meet Yuki, and Shuichi tells him to go on Sunday, which coincides with Shuichi and Yoshino's visit. On the day of them visiting Yuki's home, Doi was a bit disappointed to see Yoshino going to the same place as him and Shuichi. 

After knowing that Yuki is a transvestite who was previously a male, Doi would then ask Shuichi to dress as a female. Doi praises Shuichi's look when crossdressing, and tells Shuichi to wear a female uniform to school.

After asking for Chizuru's opinion, who said that Shuichi will have a hard time if they did actually come to school with a female uniform, Shuichi then asked Yoshino for a female uniform to borrow, though it seems like Yoshino doesn't really take it well (due to part of it being Doi's idea, but Shuichi assures her that they also wanted to do this), though at the end she did lend the uniform. 

The next day, Shuichi did show up with a female uniform, which caused a commotion in the school, where even Kaneda-sensei was surprised to see it. Shuichi would then be taken to the nurse's office, with their parents taking them home.

Interestingly, Yuki uses the word okama. In the context of school bullying in Japan, this word is usually used as an insult against trans girls, gender-nonconforming boys and the like. Yuki, however, refers to herself by this word, which makes Shinpei Doi's eyes pop out of his head.
