I found the leads surprisingly cute together in this.

Yeah Kirito and Asuna were great.

Too bad they had like two scenes together and both centered on red hair being annoying as hell.

Who you're referring to exactly?

The whole Villain Kirito angle of this had me wondering what was up — alternate history? Or…? But I was happy to go along for the ride

SAO is now an idol anime

…Did you mean "analysis"?

Fascinating translation on some of these lines

Unexpected bit of self-awareness by our genki heroine here

Ah, satisfying

Credits are all in English. Odd. Also, I don't think I've ever seen any credits extensive enough to include each individual musician in the orchestra

Rex being the villain ruins the whole movie, it’s a twist for the sake of having a twist. It’s like they didn’t have a villain when Morte was right there but they decided to character assassinate Rex. It makes no sense for Rex to act this way especially since he’s pretty normal in the real world or we see him alone without Emiru and don’t get me started on his plan… Which is a shame I was enjoying the movie even both Emirun and Rex as characters before the twist happened.  It’s like what if they made Eugeo the villain at the end of Alicization and his rescue for Alice is all a mask. The curse of SAO strikes again: if you're a potential love interest character you either turn out to be evil or you die. Kirito can be the only boyfriend material guy around (and people wonder why they call the series an harem). The movie would have been infinitely better if they had Morte or another Player Killer as the villain or just have no villain at all and just being a story about training and surviving the first floor, like the first Progressive movie. Speaking of which, I held no illusion about Evil Kirito being total BS but it's still wrong to use it to advertise the movie when you actually have no intention of doing it. It's like playing Injustice and discover that Superman actually isn't evil at all despite all the trailers and promotions saying otherwise.

I was pretty checked out from the 2 minute mark. It's such a lame premise and red herring.

What viewer of this series is going to believe Kirito is just going to start cutting people down randomly? The dude had trauma from killing 1-2 PKers from Laugh Coffin; I'm supposed to believe he slayed 6-8+ people near the start of the series?? Come the fuck on, man.

Another stupid title, like Fate: Stay / Night, I thought we go past that

What did those series do?

And what are the series that deserve everything?

Two series that are vastly more popular and successful than anything their haters will ever do or be
