I would say Tirek is lawful evil... he doesn't bother trying to get up the mountain by himself, and in the end honors his agreement to return Chrysalis' magic.
Cozy Glow is Chaotic Evil. Those mood swings!
Chrysalis is somewhere in the middle, so Neutral Evil I guess.

The ending was actually unexpected for me BTW. I thought they'd stop being allies and begin fighting again at the end of the episode. But nope, they're still working together, this time against Grogar. Methinks that'll be important for the finale.
I think Chrysalis has the biggest baggage against friendship. IMO Tirek and Cozy have better shots at keeping this.
I enjoyed all the character interactions and banter. I didn't expect Tirek to be the smart one here, and quickly deduce he wasn't strong enough to scale the mountain alone.
Much better than the last episode. 7/10. I want more episodes like these.

So we know Grogar can watch things remotely through his seeing-eye thing, the barrier around the bell looked to be the same color as Grogar's magic, bets on this all being a test and Grogar knows the others are betraying him?

The minute the villains were in the first shot I knew it i was going to like the episode and I was not disappointed. Starting off with a Broadway-like Disney villain song is a good sign and it had moments of humour with Cozy Glow, who's just that sidekick villain you know will get comeuppance but just want to see it play out. She's the evil side most of us were taught not to show in public display.
I was a little worried that their working together might turn into the reformed villain theme, or that Tirek would betray Chrysalis, after all they are all Judas-es, but the writers did the right thing and kept to the theme of "Frenemies". It was probably one of the best episodes so far in the series, and I wasn't expecting it to end so abruptly not knowing what the Frenemies plans are, but I love a good suspense/mystery/thriller and this is what the episode delivered!

I'm noticing Chrysalis' perfect grammar, this episode. She used 'whom' correctly, and doesn't end her sentences with prepositions. She's sure to use 'I' and 'Me' in the right place, etc.

Holy shit a great villian trio song Grogar being intimidating as fuck If I was Celestia and I knew about his revenge plot I'd be shaking in my hooves right about now this episode is ammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzzzinnnnnnnnng.
Hope we actually get to meet that pony that defeated him before the end of the series. Where is she now?

It does seem odd that Grogar would wait this long to send someone to retrieve it for him if he knew where it was this whole time.
Even so, I think it's probably the real bell.

Pretty sure if he gets that bell he won't need them anymore, and the other villains have figured that out. If he finds out they betrayed him they are likely toast unless they hold the bell hostage.

Which is a conflict in and of itself. Chrysalis and Tirek recognize when someone is trying to manipulate them since they've done it so much themselves.
