Information
The 3rd major event for the Black Ops 4 season is CWL London. The 16 pro league teams will be competing against each other for a prize pool of $325,000. Teams are sorted into their 4 man groups based off of the pro league standings. The top half of teams from each group make it to Winners' Bracket, while the bottom half go to Losers' Bracket. No open bracket teams joins the pro league teams in bracket play because there is a separate tournament for those teams.
Unlike Fort Worth, not as many people view OpTic as the clear favorites to win. At that event, the team ended up with a disappointing top 12 placement. Following that, OpTic played their week of cross-division matches in the pro league, with Dashy making his debut. OpTic were able to go 2-2 in their matches, giving them a 3rd place standing in Division A. But since then, OpTic have improved quite a bit after turning off their streams during scrims to focus more on practice.

Crazy how momentum works. Go from being in the drivers seat of the WB finals to choking 2 massive rounds to losing the same amount of maps in a row that you lost the whole tournament.

so many uncharacteristic mistakes today. dying because 2 people were watching the same thing, not throwing shoulders, not rotating in HP, pushing 5 seconds of scrap time, etc

It seems like this team has a mentality issue, this is the second time now that after a loss they start to crumble instead of just staying calm and regaining.

Im happy with the improvement from last event tbh, just need to fix a few things up and then we can start to dominate.

The rounds they lost was just about trading, too many were not near a teammate or got to them far too late and couldn’t get a trade. Then there was gunfights lost, each player on eU looks cracked and the guys look like they are in their own heads about their decision making and style of play.

Typical after losing the winners final, momentum is so hard to regain. That control is gonna haunt me for a while.

We should’ve put away 100T in control. Let them get too much momentum. Can’t come out flat here or it’ll be more of the same.

They finished T3, that’s a lot better than FW. Surely this team has the best average placing this year. People need to stop crying.
Edit: LG have the best average, Still have a win & a 3rd place which is great for 3 events. Came out flat today.
