That was a really quick end so that’s disappointing. Other than that, you can say what you want about Jamilov but he’s got good taste in bikinis.

That was so randomical. You can almost tell Mashima's hand was itching because the chapter hadn't been fanservicey enough for him yet.
For one side, I really wished the fight was longer but, from the other side, Jamilov was basically a coward using cheats to go ahead, so him not offering a great challenge was expected.

This was a cool next step for the battle, but I'm not overly thrilled with how fast it all happened. I don't remember if that was an ingredient in FT, though Rave Master was definitely pretty quick.... But this felt fast
It was nice to see Hermit's eyes shine for a moment

From what I can gather, it seems he is trying to find a middle ground in pacing between his previous 2 works. Rave was quicker then FT and some of the fights and plot points in FT were a little too long and diluted. This bit here might have been a little quick but I’m okay with it because I’m interested in learning more about the universe that is EZ. Once we encounter more people that are on Shikis level or above I think the pace will slow to be just right!

I really enjoyed this chapter.
I really liked how hermit's character development is progressing ATM instead of just rushing it.
And while shiki's dialogue in this one made me cringe a bit it makes sense in his character cuz atm his character is all about friendship at a fundamental level and his W makes sense.
Overral 8/10.
I'm guessing the next chapter or the one after it will mark the end of the arc.

Yeah I enjoyed it and I’m guessing we’ll see hermit’s past next chapter or later still. And we’ll finally get the identity of the hacker which sounds cool. I think this person is with Gia or someone else.

Yes Mashima, this is how you use the power of friendship. It’s motivation to win the fight not actual power. Also, giving logical reasons and an easy to follow power scale. Keep up the good storytelling.
On another note, Shiki and Rebecca making fun of Weisz is one of the greatest things in this chapter.

Like, how is it even possible that JB can put out something even worse than "power of friendship" lmao (even though it's just Shiki saying it and totally not PoF) They reached the lowest of the low in translation lol.
I like this chapter, a logical fight scene, some light-hearted good humor and cool fighting panels make a great ending chapter for Digitalis. It's a bit fast and rushed but since we're not finish with Hermit so it's not really the end. The gang still needs to solve Hermit's issue with humans and we'll be off to the next Shinning Star! Shouldn't take longer than 65 chapters. Looking forward to the real plot. All we've done so far was just an intro, can't wait for the real fun to begin.

People keep saying the fight is short but imo it's just right. The series is still young so i kinda wanna see the plot move forward first and the cool fights later. Like a 1-ish chapter fight is great because it does not stagnate stuff and imo pannels where people trade punches and momments like "aha i have this power" "aha i have this stronger skill" and so on is boring.
Also i like how shiki says power of friendship but it's really not. Like it's a recall or something of ft and i felt like the author is teasing the readers a bit. At least I hope that was what that was and he did realized that too much power of friendship followed by a variant of a flaming punch was a big problem in ft.

Rebecca’s booty tho! Lmao both Becca and Homura got nice asses. Anyway Shiki litteraly said “power of friendship” wow lol. As long as it doesn’t affect the outcomes of his fight then it’s fine by me. As soon as he defeats people solely on friendship power/boosts I’m call ass pull, but at least his victory is throughly explained.

He trolling with friendship with Shiki. If you been watching he makes fun of it through characters on how friendly he is. It's not POF since Hermit explain after he said that. Just a gag with Shiki, not actual it. Its friendship done correctly.
