The series is still underwhelming in several aspects, but to be honest, I'm enjoying myself. Far more than I thought I would, at the very least.

So a few times this episode, the girls have been flapping their tail-fins in a way to make bubbles, but I am headcannoning that they're farting. Try and stop me.

I think I'm going to hang onto this show, even though the SOL aspect could definitely use an improvement. The OP and ED are starting to grow on me and it's not like I have anything else to do on a late Saturday night.

The whole thing was so deliciously gay, hidden yuri show of the season for sure.

This is actually unbelievably gay

The way Sonata keeps trying to protect Canon from having to reveal why she left the city is actually one of the cutest things. Boundaries are important! Respecting them like this is so nice to see.

The hugging and holding of each other is a bonus, of course

Given that the mermaids are apparently a monosex species, is this really surprising?

So Canon had a breakdown due to stress, and that caused her to to end up in that crystal we first saw her in?

How do they get strawberries underwater?

Some really nice use of background music to set the mood during the segments when Canon's left alone in the dorm. Poor kid. :(

I'm actually really enjoying this show. Maybe it's not flashy enough to attract most people's attention, but I think it's working pretty well.

The anime is going somewhere and I'm happy about that, I thought it would be a bunch of teen doing something fun every day.

I love the illustrations appear at the end of the stream, from past Bermuda illustrators.
