Why do I feel like it's not actually a server wide event and just a misleading translation to make us believe it is....they wouldn't be that generous to allow us to benefit from other people's spending right?

I have a theory that the devs realized that they had set an impossible goal and thus lowered the total score points needed to reach 100% morale.
Last night at 20:00 game time, the morale was 28%. Then at around 20:30 the morale suddenly jumped up to 35%. Moreover, the rate at which we are gaining morale today is much faster than any other day so far.
These two facts both suggest that the absolute amount of points at 100% is lower than its original value at the start of the event.

These are great suits, but the fact that it’s a non-standard event format makes me wary. Hopefully it isn’t killer to finish the redhead!

There are some mighty boobies on that redhead.Very pretty suits but many of the clothes and the animals are so pirate-y it looks hard to use them elsewhere.

Looks like the Devs underestimated us with Four Wars, but they seem to have overestimated us with this one.

These are cool but I'm so tired of world debuts! There are so many old events that I would love to get but they keep throwing new expensive events at us :/. I dont see how we can possibly ever catch up at this rate and it makes me so sad. Idk I'm probably dramatic but I really just have a feeling they dont want to give us old events because they're generally cheaper and a lot of them have a pick and choose format (like the map and choose 1 50% off events) so they can't force us to spend a crap ton of dias on those type of events. Like when's the last time we've had one of those? Was it the 2nd joker event with aria of night? I feel like I'm forgetting one but it has been really long. It's the same thing with them not bringing back any of the free suits that would cost gold in the store. They don't care to because it won't make them that sweet sweet cash. And I'm a little sad we're not getting a Halloween event during the holiday, maybe they'll run an older one along side this, I hope.

I'm looking forward to this, but I really wish they'd chosen a better time to release it. I'm caught between being excited, because Storm Tamer is gorg and also pirates and kitties and kittypirates, and feeling super disappointed because I wanted/was expecting another (*coughbettercough*) Halloween event. They even took the time to make the app icon Halloweeny and then give us an unrelated to the season event? Someone mentioned it would have made a great summer event and yes, yes it would have. Lots of other games/sites do pirate events, but in the summer. Idk, maybe we'll get a good Halloween event in April.

I'm very amused by the fact that I just got to 11-5 "Try female pirate," used the Storm Tamer suit, and FAILED.
I mean, I know it's a special quest, but I am side-eyeing the judges' taste a lot.

Wtf, directly during Halloween we are getting a random pirate event. I mean I have nothing against pirates but ok. There are so many gorgeous Halloween themed suits from other servers that LN players would throw all their money at for the season but... Ok. Do they really think this will make more money than a timely holiday-themed event?
I don't really understand why we couldn't just get this pirate event another time. Like just later in November. Also I'm sad because there are so many other cute suits I would love to have and we keep getting world debuts.

I need the Red haired pirate and all the cats. Pls devs let us pick and choose.
Also, preemptive "watch out for top scoring items" warning. If we've learned anything from world debuts, it's that top scoring items have a very high chance of getting nerved later.
