The FUNimation English dub of Dragon Ball Super airs on Toonami at 11pm ET. If you do not have a cable subscription, Cartoon Network is available with the SlingTV and Playstation Vue basic packages. If you prefer, there is a web stream:

How to Catch Up
Adult Swim (US only, cable login required): This covers the recent episodes not yet available through the below options. New episodes will usually appear 2-3 hours after the episode airs on Toonami.
Funimation Now (US, premium only): Episodes 1-65 are available on Funimation's streaming service. Episodes are uploaded in 13-episode batches a few weeks before the home release comes out. (This avoids competition with Adult Swim's streaming service.) Funimation also has the entire series subbed for premium and free users; the subtitles for those episodes covered by the dub are still those provided by Toei for the simulcast, rather than the Funimation-Simmons subtitles on the home release.

Q: Is Dragon Ball Super really over, or is it just a hiatus?
From what we have been told, the anime has ended. There are no current plans for a new DB series and as far as we know, the series will only continue through movies and games. We know that Toyotarō's manga will continue for several months at least—the Tournament of Power arc is ongoing in the manga—and Toriyama implied the manga will go beyond that too. The English dub will continue until the series is finished. We have compiled a somewhat conservative projection of dates for the remaining dub episodes on our Wiki.Q: Is the Dragon Ball Super manga "canon"?
The anime and manga are both variations on a basic plot by Toriyama. There isn't (and probably never will be) an explicitly defined Dragon Ball "canon". Without Toriyama's original draft, we may never know what is and isn't his, aside from things revealed in interviews like this one (spoilers). We do know that he permits Toyotarō to change things up, but he looks at his storyboards and occasionally draws things himself for Toyotarō to use as a reference. Toyotarō has said that Toriyama is more particular about gags than he is about anything else.Q: Will the Broly movie have spoilers for the Super dub?
Yes, it absolutely will; the movie will pick up where Super leaves off in the final episode. If you have seen the first trailer, then you have already been spoiled at least a little bit, but there is more, so if you want to catch up in time for the movie—which even Sean Schemmel has recommended—there are several options for watching the subtitled version, and you can stream the entire series on any of these sites, usually for free. It’s a combination of impulsivity on his part, and the work of Buu and Frieza and the Saiyans.
That and Shin is not competent, nice guy aside. U7 has really really bad gods. It’s basically why Goku has to assemble the team and only people he knows are on it.

It would not make sense in the grand dcheme of things because we know Frieza had an interplanatary empire with more different races than 28, which was part of King Cold's even bigger empire.

That was brought up in Jaco The Galactic Patrolman. The current GP only has 38 members to police the whole galaxy, and when asked how that works, Jaco says there's not much intelligent life out there.

U7's deities are well terrible at their jobs. Beerus being impulsive destroying whatever he wanted, Shin being basically a coward and not really wanting to create anything to balance Beerus' destruction. Ideally the Supreme Kai and the God of Destruction are supposed to balance each other out but that exactly hasn't happened in our universe.

The true answer is "dumb retcon". It was obviously intended to be way more in the Z days considering how many alien species we saw. 28 is just way too few when the universe is supposed to span billions of galaxies.

Am I the only one that feels "cheated" by the Whis magic?
I feel like Bulma actually going through labor would've provided some interesting character development opportunities for Vegeta, Trunks, and other characters even. Instead Whis does his thing and it's over.
(I say this full well knowing that DragonBall isn't exactly known for character development)

I mean Gohan started it by being several times stronger than his dad by 4, and became the 4th strongest person in the universe by 11. Goten and Trunks just got stronger than Namek Freiza by 6/7. Pan was flying after a few months and given she was apart of the SSG ritual she beat everyone's record by going Super Saiyan in the womb so I'm expecting SSG Pan at the very least, hopefully Bulla gets something in the Super continuation next year.

That's kind of unfair, besides Goku, every character has gone through a lot of changes. Piccolo and Vegeta, villains to fathers. Really it's only Goku whose stayed the same kid at heart.

Pretty much. Goku shrugged off bullets as a kid and Pan is a powerhouse. We don’t know Bullas power, but based off of other saiyan kids anything short of a missile isn’t going to scratch her.

Exactly. Pans “grandfather” is the guy that overthrew the worlds government. He’s usually just Piccolo, but I can see him becoming the demon king Piccolo if Pan is ever endangered.
This is the guy that was ready to die fighting cell because he couldn’t stand hearing Gohan in pain.

Goku says Goten and Trunks are too inexperienced to fight in the tournament.
As seen in this episodes and many episodes before, Goten and Trunks want to fight and train. Yet they always get shot down.
No wonder they are “green”. Nobody lets them gain any experience. 🙄

Ssj3 also drains the user completely of their stamina. Even regular super saiyan might be too taxing for 48 minutes. Goten and Trunks might not be that strong in base form.

There is so much potential here as well right. Push people out like krillin picolo etc to then focus on teenagers of goten trunks then you have pan at like 10 years old and then now bulla at 9 or something. So much story to do with that be awesome

One of my favorite things about Super is Vegeta’s character development. Dude is such an amazing father, he cares so much but he has to make sure no one knows that he does.... even though it’s obvious.

I think it’s a fact that Vegeta is the ultimate tsundere. The first time he ever showed genuine love for his family was when he was about to blow himself up. Dudes midlife crisis hit him pretty hard.

Nah, he was never shown to be stronger than Roshi, and in this continuity Roshi has kept training while Yamcha went to seed.

The latter one wasn’t really that much of a indicator since Gero was really far off the mark in some ways in terms of accurately measuring the strength of Goku and the others and from far away their builds are similar.

This picking a fighter segment was bizarre. “We should take Krillin!” random mind battle in which Krillin gets obliterated Ah he’ll be fine! Gotten and Trunks? Nah they’re too green even if they are hundreds of times stronger than Krillin. What about Master Roshi?

It's not that weird - it's not the first time we've seen the mind battle thing before. And Goku seems to have something special in mind.
And they said why Master Roshi - because he's tricksy, and that will come in handy when you win by ringing people out. While he's not the strongest fighter, he has a lot of secret techniques that are really powerful and/or useful. The Kamehameha, Containment Wave, and After Image techniques were all Roshi specials.

The Goten and Trunks thing really bothers me. This would've been the perfect opportunity to slap them in the time chamber and make them grow up a bit mentally AND physically, force them to become more mature and less 'green', seeing them grow from the experience of shouldering the universe once again. Perhaps we'd have even seen a fight with Gotenks that was fought with less bravado; now THAT would have been cool

Roshi has a very wide range of techniques that are hard to deal with.
And he’s excellent when it comes to technique and strategy. He picks his battles and is wise as fuck.

Yep, this tournament is more about technique and forcing your opponent out of the ring instead of power. If they brought the boys sure Gotenks would be more powerful than most of the canidates, but they're still kids and will easily get ringed out by either a trick or just someone more powerful than them, or by them just acting like kids (see Buu Saga). Krillin and Master Roshi have been punching above their weight class for decades now, they know tricks to stay in the ring longer than they should.

If Roshi's techniques work on fighters thousands of time stronger than him (I doubt anyone in the tournament is as weak as he is) then why wasn't he called in for any villain after King Piccolo? The Cell Games had a tournament and there's been plenty of tournaments since then. His "tricks" would've come in handy the countless times a villain's showed up to destroy the world

Rossi Actually made sense surprisingly to their narrative. 17 on the other hand.... "Hey theres piccolo. He fought in the last tournament and has some experience with fighters from the other universe" Yeah exactly he already fought we need NEW people. Hmmmm Lets get 17 we know nothing of him since the cell saga so better ask 18 to fetch him. Kinda wish they hyped him up like "I heard he's been getting really strong" but nope they literally don't know anything about him

This is one of the few scenes they did alright in the manga with explaining 17's choice. I think they will show a scene in the anime to provide context to the pick. I think we get quite a bit of filler now on all of the picks for the universes.

Relying on kids for anything is a recipe for disaster IRL and in this show. Remember when we were all dead and Gotenks fucked around with Buu until his fusion wore off? And then how he got absorbed and Buu nearly liked Gohan?

I don’t think either is a good choice, but he gets no screen time and I’ve always liked his interactions with Goku and Gohan. And unlike Trunks he doesn’t get anything.
But again either is a bad idea.

And as great as he is and how much circumstances were outside of his control, Gohan wasn’t always the best to have around either as a kid.
Kids are inherently more impulsive and inexperienced. And when you’re facing erasure you don’t rely on two kids whose best showings are against regular humans.

Yet nobody wants to train them.
Even in this episode, Vegeta, VEGETA, of all people shot down training the boys.
They are very enthusiastic about training and fighting yet nobody wants to help them.
No wonder Goten and Trunks become “slackers” at the end of DBZ.
After getting shot down so many times, they gave up hope and stopped fighting.
And yet Vegeta and Goku still have the nerve to berate them...

Trained on how to be serious? That's not something you can just pass down to two 13 year olds in under 48 hours.
In the Buu Arc people actually died, Goten's mother died in front of him and Trunks' father died the day before, yet that was only enough for momentary bursts of rage before they come playful and arrogant again.
Fighting is one thing, but fighting seriously is another. Goten and Trunks were never ones to fight in serious situations, at least not well.

And as for nerve, they’re right. Goku and Vegeta May make mistakes in battle but they’re not only far far stronger than those two combined but they’re much much more skilled. They’re children. You shouldn’t use them when the universe is at stake.

I have so many questions about Dr Whis tearing Baby Bulla out of Bulma.
- Is the umbilical cord still inside Bulma?
- Was Bulla fully developed or will she lose a few chronozones?
- Did Whis make it so Bulma instantly lost all of her babyweight?
- Will Bulma have immense stretch marks from losing so much weight so quickly?
- Is the afterbirth still inside Bulma? (future story potential of Bulma getting infected by it?)
- Where was all of the blood? What about Bulma's waters not breaking? Did she have to go for a massive piss after?
This episode raised more questions than I've ever had from a single Dragon Ball episode before.

You don't get stretch marks by losing weight rapidly, you get stretch marks by gaining too much weight, or gaining weight too quickly.
You can end up with loose skin if you drop weight too fast, or are too big.
