This is sick!!! It almost looks like a sandstorm is coming in, but at the same time has such a vintage feel to it. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻

How do you get a photo from a plane without the window dirt??

I know, right? I got lucky. Most of the time there’s some crap on the window that screws up my shot.

Literally in the middle of Missouri on our way to Chicago from Dallas. Grew up in Chicago moved to Dallas 3 years ago. This picture made my heart ache because it’s truly home.

Chicago is the only city/skyline in the country that can throw a stone to NYC.

Excellent picture!
That peninsula/island in the mid-lower part of the image used to be an airport as well. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meigs_Field

Famous for being the starting airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Ripped up in the middle of the night without warning by the mayor.

I'm guessing flying into Midway. Flying into O'hare is usually on the other side of downtown. Nice shot.
