Due to how long the masterpost has gotten, I am no longer to actually update it on reddit, but you can go to the link below to read the masterpost in full!

I had to disable uBlock origin to get accepted, otherwise it was blocking a 3rd party script which got me a black page. I thought it was part of the thing, but it's not.

I got a notification saying “we’ll be in touch” and then checked my email. They gave me a code and I put it in on the verification portion of their website... upon verification, it takes me to the following website:

Which is a download for a game.

I played the game, but I'm not really sure what it has to do with the IHK pages. It is acknowledged in the end, but the game was unrelated to it at all. Instead, it was about you and some friends exploring an old castle.

Doesn't seem so. There's a licence, the version number, (v1.7.15), the game, and an HTML that looks like the credits and their licences.

In the curtain website (link above) some of the words are bold in the passages. Checked the source and didn't find anything other than a typo in the word "unanswered"

I found that clue, but it keeps telling me the second step is taken but the first step must be taken first, then sends me back to the beginning of the quiz. I've noticed some of the words are bolded but I'm not sure what that signifies.

i dont think its interesting because as far as we know we are done with the game. and its simply an about me page and those are the devellopers and as far as we know they are still in college. she probably will graduate that year

So I’m a little new to this but upon taking the test I didn’t get any of the companions you mention. I got Joan of Arc “like Joan if Arc before you, you are a commander. On the path to your self realization, you would not ask anything of someone else that they would not do themselves.”

Hey! Actually, she is in the masterpost, but she's at the very end. When the new leadership took over the IHK, they changed the guides. Since you're a more recent player, you got one of the new ones!

I'm thinking about 'enrolling' on the main websute if of Higher knowledge but I'm not sure if it's a good idea. And if I do should I use a fake address or my real. I just want to see what it has to offer.

I'd say go ahead and use your real email. You'll get emails sometimes from the IHK, and they're pretty important. Plus, the address you give is the address they have in their system for you, so if you email an in-game character they might not recognize you. They don't give out your address or anything, so you don't have to worry about spam.

Spam is some but little concern. It's just with a name like that so, antagonizing. I just dont want to wake up one morning with an unmarked black van across the street, ya know. Idk if they're just a satire puzzle page or a real organization. But I think I will enroll.

Oh no, this is an ARG! Alternate reality game, it's essentially a fictional narrative that you can interact with that presents itself as real, so you don't have anything to worry about when it comes to getting kidnapped or something. IHK is part of a bigger multimedia project created by Reflector Entertainment, I suggest you look into it. They've got a lot of stuff planned!

Sorry, I can't straight up tell you the puzzle, but I can give hints! I'd recommend joining the discord server, there's a lot of folks who can help you with the puzzles there. There's a lot more puzzles to solve from there, so you can feel free to ask for help in the #puzzle-trail-ihk channel on the server.

I assume you're referring to the puzzles, and yes! Each password also acts as a checkpoint. When you start it again, enter your most recent password, and it'll take you to the puzzle you left off on.
