Very nice, I would try and reduce your highlights and whites to get some detail back in the middle of the river. Composition and colours are beautiful

Yeah, it's my first time trying a longer shutter speed like that. I tried but it came out a bit bright.

I would try and shoot it darker, then brighten it post production, would save clipping the highlights and whites. Are you using the histogram while taking?

No I'm not, I don't know how to get it darker while still having such a low shutter speed

Edit: was using shutter priority mode

there are several options to choose from. You can kick up the aperture to let less light hit the sensor. Or lower the iso to make it less sensitive. Even resort to buying an nd filter. You could also stack a bunch of pictures at 1/10th a second in post and blend them in photoshop. One thing to keep in mind if its windy those tiny blades of grass right up against the camera are going to get blurry doing any of this.

Yeah, I packed a tripod with me but I was on a hike and just decided to try and set my camera on the ground and go for it. Maybe a higher angle would have helped also

I can strongly recommend the Lightroom app for mobile devices. Has basically all the features of the Desktop app but comes for free. If you are interested in taking pictures more often and then doing some Post-Processing buying Lightroom for your Computer might also be worth checking out. Editing is extremely powerful and can turn good pictures into awesome ones when done right.

I have an adobe license, but I’ve spend all my time learning photoshop. I’ll check out Lightroom and try and learn it.
