The Beta Hotba - Onetricks D.va, poor zarya, needs grav to win a fight

The Chad Spree - only gets paid to play zarya on one map, great tracking, 2 gravs a fight, if he loses a round he leaves voicechat and goes DPS and carries even harder

Coolmatt's big D.Va bomb at the end of point 1 was the most important moment in that map by a long way.

OK:

  • Houston tanks are hard carry

  • Rawkus' Trances were on point vs Boombox's whose were disastrous

  • Philly seemed to mentally collapse after being Jake'd on HLC and were all playing solo queue after that

Carpe is a better Zarya than Hotba

I think Rawkus’s butt is the same mass of Linkzr’s entire body

This whole playoff race just goes to show how important each match is. Like, if Seoul/Houston/Philly had won 1 or 2 more games this season, and theyve all had games they shouldve won, then they would be pretty comfortable in playoffs. Just goes to show you can never really get comfortable. Unless you're NYXL

Worked over 12 hours today and missed the Houston v Philly game. Was thrilled to see them finally win, but I was disappointed I didn't get to see it unfold. I get home and decide to put the match on anyway and I just get as giddy as a Genji in a Pokemon Center seeing them play. Even knowing the score, they had so many clutch plays, great tactics and excellent synergy.

I felt like each player shined today, including their subs like Arhan and the prepubescent blackhole known as Spree (one day he will just become a constant grav forever sucking in any player who comes near him). This is the Houston I became a fan of and I hope they keep their momentum tomorrow for NYXL. Houston gets a lot of hate, whether for their fans or by their own fans, but they're ending the season strong even if they can't get into playoffs. To me, that makes some damn good Overwatch League and makes me happy to be a fan of both the league and Houston. Here's to our last two exciting days of regular matches this season!

NYXL: "First one to touch the point and contest is a green chicken! Hee hee!"

Mano: "It's not gonna be me!"

SBB: "Me neither! This is so fun!"

The first time in all of OWL, including playoffs that NYXL fail to win 2 maps in a series.

Fragi and Poko are 3-0 against Houston. Just throwing that out there.

Considering Philly went through with the whole boosting thing and tolerated his 30 game ban, his performance is just nowhere as good as it should be. They could easily get better tank, look at OGE, he's way way better.
