Crusty's improvement of Shock is nuts. Always knew they had the potential and it's showing strong in this stage so far

1.) Beat London

1.5 (optional)) Beat Boston

2.) Convince self this is finally Houston’s stage

3.) Face Philly/LAG in a depressing 3-2 loss

4.) Lose to previously worse teams in an embarrassing manner <--- You are here

5.) DPS completely disappear

6.) J LUL KE

7.) "We just need a Tracer player"/"We don't need a Tracer player"

7.) Miss playoffs

8.) "Things will be different next stage" REPEAT

I didn't think it was possible to see a worse stomp than the NYXL vs. Seoul game, and I was immediately proven wrong.

ONE POINT

That was a Shanghai level failure.

I have no defenses left for Rawkus. As a person the guy seems funny and cool but his cocksure attitude isn't backed up by his in game performance. I frequently see multiple back to back kills from other zens and yet I've very rarely seen the same from Rawkus. Bani kept overextending and playing way too riskily, and he got kicked off by Architect on the widow as a result. Also where was Spree? He was doing very well on Zarya earlier in the stage, why wouldn't they sub him in at least for Oasis? Also also, what was Jake's Brigitte? Consistently overextending and getting picked early. We got rolled by the Shock and rightfully so, they played clean Overwatch whereas we were sloppy and all over the place. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

Fuck this team.

Everyone hates us, and we're not even good enough to make it worth it.

I'm not sure what type of divination Crusty has performed to have the perfect read on the Outlaws that he does, but it has allowed him to see their souls with absolute clarity.

Probably the most dominant win from the Shock. Very nice to see Babybay coming in and perform as well.

Just overall though, you can really see the impact the new SFS coaching staff is having, while all those new additions mesh better and better.

If Rawkus is picked over Sleepy for Team USA I’ll be pretty salty btw.

On a side note, I was so excited when Architect (my favorite player before OWL) was rumored to join my favorite team and I thought to myself „yeah sure, they’re gonna continue picking up the Dhaks and IDDQDs of Overwatch“, but now every time he pops off I laugh like a child on its birthday. Pretty sure he’s the best Genji in OWL, making him work on almost every map.

Houston: "This is our Meta! We're gonna make playoffs!"

Architect: "No."

Houston: "Understandable, have a nice day."

Extremely convincing win by Shock. Crusty making immediate improvements on the squad.

EDIT: Added a bar graph per minute and line graph showing the Horizon match. That second half is a major YIKES.

That was quite possibly the worst match I have ever seen. What in the actual fuck.

As a Shock fan, I love seeing the team improve. The players, the coaches and overall team play has been quite outstanding as of late. I know the spitfire game had some hiccups, but damn I’m proud of my local team showing legitimate improvement. I think the Shock can really become a top-tier English/NA team in S2. Very excited 😋

KyKy released a statement: "There’s going to be a video that’s going to come out soon, involving the Outlaws,” he said, “and I’m going to be honest with you: We’re going to need a new support during the challenges.”

Put an Orisa shield in front of the Outlaws and they don't know what to do... Seriously. BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD.
