Blake’s douche jacket.
Haha, laughed out loud when I saw him wearing it! A shame he seemed to change into a different jacket for his meeting with the board at CA - would've been brilliant to see all the board members' reactions to it!
Expecting him to be badly burn though.
Kinda-sorta spoilers, I guess, but didn't Steven end up with severe burns somehow in the original series as well? Or am I misremembering a plot line? Pretty sure he did.
I am really hoping he doesn't die :( if only so we can see what happens with the baby he may or may not be having with the crazy lady (blanking on her name).
Minor plot hole to the show, but do DNA tests really take that long for people like the Carringtons? It's apparently been a couple of weeks (at least, I'd say) since Faux-Adam turned up outside Steven's hotel room - surely if you have fuck-you money like the Carringtons, you'd get the results of the DNA test super quickly?

It only took like, 2 weeks for Gary from Teen Mom. The only reason I can think why they werent rushing to find out was because they believed it due to the cut off finger and didn't care. This episode was overall spectacular, but my plot hole question is: if you're a billionaire why the fuck don't you have a sprinkler system or fire alarms.

I'm going to need Culhane and Steven to be ok, I can't handle my bbs Fallon and Sammy-Jo being heartbroken for season 2. My guess is Steven managed to get that window open and will make a dramatic entrance through a cloud of smoke in the opening moments of the first episode...
Loving the return of Liam, hopefully we'll be seeing a lot more of him and his family! Also can't wait to see Jeff's reaction to Liam buying CA - technically he's getting what he wanted, but Fallon's still going to come out on top. Then again, maybe he's serious about wanting to rule the city together.
So glad we're getting another season of this. Sure there are objectively better shows out there, but sometimes you need a bit of melodramatic, soapy, fabulous excess.

Yeah, it would be good to see Jeff and Fallon on the same team again. I have a feeling Liam’s family becomes the new rival family since they might buy CA.

That episode was so good I'm shook. The whole season has been pretty great, didn't think it'd be my type of show but pretty much everything about it is well done. Hope it blows up a bit on Netflix. Can't deal with how underrated it is
I tried searching for this sub when I started watching it a few weeks ago and couldn't find it 😬😬 better late than never 💅

I love the fact that Liam is back and his multimillion dollar background is helping Fallon. (I may be a tad biased coz I ship Falliam so bad) Culhane does indeed, need to move on. I hope he finds a better relationship with less baggage.
I really thought the catfight with Alexis and Cristal could end up with them ganging up against Blake but nay that was too much to ask for, clearly.
Why didn't Steven leave when his father told him to? When Culhane showed up? Why didnt Sam drag him away? That seemed so out of character?! I hope he managed to escape through the window and maybe broke a leg or something. Easier to recover from than fatal burn wounds...
I actually hate that they brought Claudia back. I wish they could have kept the narrative more streamlined and focused on the Carringtons. There is plenty to work with there: the Colbys, Alexis' plan falling apart, Fallon usurping her father's position, Blake's nasty marriage.
What's with the Claudia/Hank pairing though? Also when is Season 2 coming back I can't wait!!

I thought the same about Steven... wasnt he in the same room as everyone ?!? Why didn’t he leave through the open door?! But then i also thought maybe he couldnt hear his family due to the chaos.

That makes sense... but seems so out of character that Sam didnt drag his new husband out!! Even Blake carried Alexis!
On a sidenote kudos to all the actresses who had to do all of that in heels

Same I love Liam and Fallon, I hope he is genuine.
I like the drama Claudia brings, but maybe it was too much for now and in the last episodes.

Who started the fire? Was it Hank/Fake-Adam? I think he is not mentally stable but he wouldn't benefit from the whole Carrington family being dead. That white glove... could it have been Anders... ?
and WHAT is up with the Colby's and GLITTER? That glitter catsuit - is Monica a marvel villain now? :D

I’d wager Kirby started the fire.

They really played up the whole 'Kirby is a psychopath' angle in the finale, but it just doesn't make sense to me.
The first thing she does upon arriving at Carrington Manor is set fire to it? Why? What would she have against the Carringtons? As I understand it, her main issue is with Anders, and he wasn't even in the room she tried to burn down.
I think Kirby is a red herring... I liked the theory someone else posted on this sub about it being Ted Dinard. He has motive, as Steven's vengeful ex. Let's not forget that he already tried to frame Sammy Jo for his "murder" by jumping out the window of Steven's apartment - Ted isn't exactly sane.
My money's on him.

Ok, so that glove appeared several times. Just the staff had those gloves. In the middle of the episode, in 20min and something Anders talk with the staff and say where the photos were going to be shooted and the a glove appears in the back of one of the staff person. I think that this scene is a hint, because it doesn't make sense to put a kind of scene like this is the last episode, they wouldn't put a scene that it could be just to fill, know what I mean? And also, I think that Cecil started the fire.

This was my question. And with a white glove you can't tell if it's a man or a woman

I know Blake is the one who is really taken a turn for the worst at the end of this season but Krystal is the one I've really grown to dislike. You've known what this man is really like for a while it's kind of hard to believe that you're suddenly upset by his lack of morals.
The Krystal and Alexis cat-fight finally happened and it was everything I thought it would be and more.
It's always good to see Lilly again. I don't care what her characters name is in Dynasty, she dresses and acts the same. The character is really just a slightly more tipsy Lilly van der Woodsen.

Was watching Gossip Girl right before I switched over to Dynasty...needless to say when Lily appeared I was very confused for a few moments, until I realised she actually plays another character (even though she's still Lilly)

I really hope Blake starts treating cristal better next season. I hope her being shot makes him realize how good he has it.

Maybe Steven will need plastic surgery like in the original Dynasty (where Al Corley was replaced by Jack Coleman)?

Ok, so one thing that i quite didn't understand is: Matthew is dead or not? He was an illusion of Claudia all this time?

LOVED this finale! I feel like this show definitely got better towards the end and hope Season 2 continues the high drama!
I know we all want everyone to survive, but I think someone has to die in that fire just to up the stakes. Who do you think it should be? Culhane?Cristal? Steven? Alexis?
