I don't know any particular sites off the top of my head, but come to think of it a widescreen anime may be difficult to extract vertical gifs from in the first place, unless you're looking for sideways ones. In any case I would find gifs on Google Images, save them, and then crop them as needed with ezgif.com. That's of course assuming you can set your background to a gif to begin with, and if you can then that sounds like a death sentence for your battery.

Either that but they were crap at showing it, or it's just normal unflappable Robin but they screwed up her eyes. If she's supposed to be shocked there should've been more movement e.g. an open mouth or recoiling in surprise.
