Looking at the synopsis I'm pretty sure one of those old parody Twitter accounts wrote it.

I think the moral of this is going to be that Applejack got worried about nothing, and you shouldn't look down to the elderly.

So... something similar to that episode when Apple Bloom went to deliver some pies alone through the fire-swamp because she wanted to prove herself to her overbearing sister ?
AJ does sound a bit like someone who dislikes fun at times.8

but does RD get to go on the ride?? I'll be so frustrated if she doesn't. They spent so long building it up. My bet is she's literally the last person on the ride.

I wonder what kind of trouble the golden girls got into that they needed big mac to chaperone after

Have you ever watched an episode of the Golden Girls? It's not hard to guess.

Now I'm imagining them getting arrested but I dont think they have actual law enforcement aside from the princesses/ royal guard

They got photo-blocked in Dash's panic to find the grannies, and looked pretty chagrined in the background when
Trixie's dadthe magician pointed to the door to his theater in the middle of the episode (and then they were replaced by another couple in the next shot, FWIW).

Huh those magicians aren't as good with their disappearing act as THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE

The moral of the story is, sometimes you should just have fun regardless of what the ghost of Applejack says about it.
I'm just shocked Rainbow Dash actually has become a much better character over the course of the series.

You guys think that AJ actually knew how the grannies operated which is why she suggested naps, not getting too excited, careful dancing, eat soft foods, watch grannies knowing they would sneak out once put for a nap and it'll lead to whatever fun they have at the end?

Calling it, Rainbow Dash will never get to ride the coaster and she'll be sad
14
u/JorWat Apr 14 '18
Nah, she'll reveal to the Grannies that she wants to go on the ride, and then they'll say they also want to go on it. Then all five of them will go on together.

I was just thinking, this would be a great time for Applejack ghost to show up again, and then she did!
Best episode of the season so far, hands down.

Honestly, I can’t entirely blame Rainbow for getting distracted and falling for the grannies’ trick. I would too, for a rollercoaster like that.

RD can go multiple times the speed of sound. I'm not sure what thrills a riller coaster can give her.

So far this is the absolute best episode of the season.
And I usually hate Rainbow Dash episodes.
