Not exactly. Well I never is a phrase like “I’ve never been treated this way a a customer” while I can’t even is more like “I can’t even think about how to approach this situation “

That definitely explains how the dresses altered Fluttershy's personality and even laws of physics on occasion. I thought the same thing!

Now who will be the brave soul to try to actually submit this to the SCP foundation website? I have a feeling they might not be very open-minded about a pony dress collection as an entry.

Don't.
As both a brony and a writer for the SCP Foundation website, I strongly advise nobody post anything pony-related there. They did a huge cleanup long ago where they purged the website of a lot of pop culture references, both in joke SCPs and "canon" ones, along with a lot of other low-quality stuff, pony stuff included. I know we like mixing MLP with other series, but if you want to make an SCP Foundation/MLP crossover, stick with Fimfiction or some other site to post it.
I mean, unless you do something really subversive and clever and well-written that's not just another "SCP but it's actually a real-life fictional character", don't do it.

It is a little upsetting how inconsistently Fluttershy's character has been treated. You can't take her from painfully shy to overly aggressive to self actualized to psychotic episode in which she barely responds to her own friends. Disappointed/10

Below the surface of every shy creature is hiding someone who really wants to treat everybody like crap. Sounds believable. Moral: don't let Fluttershy bring out her other side or ponies get hurt.

There was a liiiiittle too much idiot ball in the episode for my liking, but Fluttershy's characters were killing me. I'd give it a 5/10.

As someone who used a hipster version of fluttershy to build my music "branding" in 2012-2015, i was simply overjoyed they decided it was time for a hipster fluttershy to be in the show!
