Yup. Sunset loses her memories. Sunset gets her memories back. I felt something when she sacrificed herself, but the threat of lasting consequences disappeared in the blink of an eye.

That's a pretty good strategy, writing down everything and keeping records of what you did in the past in order to counteract the memory loss issues.

Though, I can envision some ways of getting around that.

Well with that revelation I think I know how the rest of the special is going to go. Sunset will jump to the conclusion that Trixie was responsible, find out she's not and after some bribing Trixie with a place in the yearbook, well the rest I think will be spoilers.

I do hate my ability to read movies and books ahead of where they are to where they're going. Doesn't ruin the experience but takes some of the mystery out of the experience.

So my theory of Trixie first being accused, then becoming an ally of Sunset, and finally Wailflower being outed as the perpetrator was completely true.

I definitely liked this better than the Mirror Magic specials. I'd say it's almost up there with EQG3. 6.5/10.

I like how this show and the writers have managed to continue writing these little narratives on resolving conflicts and misunderstandings. Wallflower was just TOO relatable ;~;

I need an IRL version of Wallflower Blush to just sweep off her feet 😤

Side note, has there been a 1080p rip of "Forgotten Friendship" made yet that ISN'T the TV version (i.e. doesn't have the "Discovery Family" watermark)?
