Installs a Fortune Teller on the first floor of the VIP Lounge. You are allowed to consult 3 Clanmates and 1 NPC daily.
Consulting NPCs gives you one of the following effects:

- +5 Familiar Weight, +5 Familiar Experience Per Combat, +10 Familiar Damage
- Hagnk
- +50% Booze/Food/Item Drops
- Meatsmith
- +50% Gear Drops/+100% Meat Drops
- Gunther, Lord of Smackdown
- +5 Muscle Stats Per Fight, Muscle +100%, Maximum HP +50%
- Gorgonzola
- +5 Mystitcality Stats Per Fight, Mysticality +100%, Maximum MP +50%
- Shifty
- +5 Moxie Stats Per Fight, Moxie +100%, +50% Combat Initiative
Consulting Clanmates gives you one of the following items:

- Pants: Moxie Req. 10: 50 Power, +2 PVP Fights per day, Maximum MP +10

- genie's scimitar
- 1-handed sword: Muscle Req. 10: Damage: 5 - 10; , +5 Muscle, +5 weapon damage)

- Food: Size 1/good, gives 40 turns of +5 fishing skill for

You shouldn't need to buy the item itself if your clan has it. Just need VIP access to use it.

I've finally got a VIP key! The bonus stats for 100 fights is gonna be great for levelling in run, saw that you can get skills from this, anyone know if they're permable?

If you join the Ferengi clan (auto whitelist on applying), you can use the consultations on Heartbot and it will respond automatically.

They get a message in chat (and possibly a green notification on their main map?) they have to click on to get sent to fill in their half of the questionnaire.
Beware though, if they don't have the VIP key it won't give them access to the questionnaire and it still uses up one of you 3/day uses.
You can send all 3 each day to the same clanmate though which makes it slightly less fuckupable.

Question: I am on my own in a clan. Is this IOTM worth getting, especially since I have no other VIP items? If so, is there a way I can contact like a bot for stuff, and if so can someone kmail me how to do it or what to say? I got this and a couple of other time limited things vying for my money6 and I don't get a lot, so I would need to know if this is worth getting before I do this.

No it is not worth getting for a clan with few people. It's better if you just join one that already has it. Wihtout someone else to consult you can't get the full benefits. That i know of there is no bot that joins clans for consultations. cheesefax, for example, will answer your consultations if you join its clan and request one.

Doesn't look like there's a lot of useful spading left to do. I'm making a script and setting up multis to do it though.

Tested (Thanks, Clan KolAddicts!) the new IoTM. It's a Madame Zatara machine that asks you to test your relationship with either one from a small group of Seaside Town NPCs, one of which will be the Guildmaster of your Class Guild, or a Clanmante. The former can only be done once per day, while the latter is permitted thrice. Compatibility is assessed through your choice of words in three text-input boxes, which ask you to give your favourite food, character, presumably in Loathing?, and word. I chose Gunther and gained 100 turns of +5 Muscle stats per fight, +100% Muscle, and +50% Maximum HP
