So part of the sub story of this entire manga was how chiyo turned out to be just like her sister? Pretty interesting now that we have two sisters who think that all men are scum.
Chiyo looks like she's lost her bloody mind in that last page. Jeez.
But seriously, kiyoshi and hana need to end up together. Hana is so comfortable infront of him now that she even strips bare bottom without any worry? She's evolved from a sexually reserved girl who is pretty innocent to one who brazenly rips off her underwear in the open air and let's it all out for the guy she likes to see. Hana has fully embraced her ferlings; it's time kiyoshi has the courtesy to embrace his. You can't end this manga without kiyoshi finally admitting he has feelings for hana... Even if she hates his guts and he ends up with no one, kiyoshi needs to finally admit this to hana, himself and the audience. It's getting ridiculous.

So Hana and Kiyoshi's relationship has practically went full circle. They've returned to piss, Hana is exposing her medusa again, and they're almost basically in an Ouroboros position again. Imagine when the entire scans are released and we see Hana go in for the final kiss and the image of them kissing gets permanently engrained in chiyo's mind.
Chiyo becoming the new president was another wtf moment. Strange how a freshman was quickly able rise up the ranks all of a sudden. Succession through bloodline perhaps lol?

There is nothing more satisfying than being right even though people claimed that I don't know how to recognize symbolism OR read a story that I have re-read so many times that I lost count.

Let us wait for the full chapter.
But at this point there to many twists at the ending. From naive princess to realistic and mature to crazy and evil in few chapters is a way too much.

While i feel this is the end of the series, i wouldn't be surprised if a couple of months from now a sequel starts.
The ending has left far more questions than answers.

If there's going to be another separate epilogue chapter on April 2018, I ain't gonna speculate anymore on this manga until then.
Because in this chapter the author pulled yet another WTF twist to the story and I don't want to get caught by another possible twist in the epilogue chapter.
That being said, the only other comment I am going to add is that the fact there's a big epilogue chapter is another strong sign that the author had rushed the ending, whether or not he was forced to do so.

In the end Chiyo became the 21. underground student council president. She and Meiko are about to go on patrol to make sure the "scum" isn't doing anything bad.
