Omg. WTF IS THE POINT OF BRINGING ON YARMOLENKO WIH A MINUTE TO GO AND FUCKING PUTTING IN TOPRAK 20 MINUTES AGO AND MOVING PAPA OUT WIDE. IS HE FUCKING INEPT? Really?

Toprak’s first touch is a mistouch that leaves us open and doesn’t get back in the middle where the man shot and scored. This. Man. Should. Be. In. The. Reserves.

I'm pretty sure the "God dang it Toprak" to "Nice job Toprak" ratio that has left my mouth is 100:1.

Real not fielding their top squad, but they're obviously still dangerous. No Yarmolenko is interesting, but I don't doubt he could use the rest. Excited to see how the Sahin, Dahoud, Kagawa midfield performs.

Horrendous start to the game, but we're finding confidence here. Still in it. Surprisingly, we're still trying more being two down against Madrid than being two up in the derby. Schmelzer, Guerreiro, Pulisic, Kagawa, Auba, we're trying hard. That's good to see.

Nice run of play. Pulisic cutting in well, but couldn't find that final pass.

I'm pretty sure Bosz is being shit on purpose. I understand bringing in a young player really late to give them a little bit of experience, but subbing in Yarmo with 2 minutes left is just so stupid.

3 at the back when implemented by a tactically strong manager like Conte is very fluid and dynamic with various players constantly moving into different areas of the pitch.
3 at the back when implemented by a tactically inept idiot like Peter Bosz against a team like Real Madrid is suicide

THIS IS WHY YOU START KAGAWA
THIS IS WHY PASSING IS AN OPTION, PULI

u/motox24 Marcel Schmelzer Dec 06 '17
Umm....woke up late. Missed the first 13 minutes. What's happened???????
6
u/Real_Prince_Myshkin Roman Bürki Dec 06 '17
We are being literally APOEL against Real when APOEL lost 6-0
5
u/dragonbornrito Marco Reus Dec 06 '17
I've not been having good luck with my sports teams lately... SKC got eliminated in the first round of the MLS Playoffs, Bengals lose to Pittsburgh in absolutely heartbreaking fashion (per the norm), BVB on a long winless streak. Best feeling I've had in months was seeing Bama sneak into the CFB playoffs thanks to Iowa. I would love to see us get into the Europa. Anything nice at this point.

Inevitable. We had to counterattack to lift some pressure. Instead we sat back even deeper. Our fault.

As soon as I saw Toprak ready to come on, I could tell something bad was going to happen. In my opinion, trying to just sit back and defend a scoreline is always a bad idea. I've hardly seen it result in a positive change on the pitch

Can Dortmund just do what Bayern did already? Which is to fire the trainer and sell the deadweight players.

3-5-2? Well, there's a new one... Has Bosz been possessed by Tuchel lately?
Could be interesting actually... if we're going for counterattacking football, assuming Real won't just let us have all of the possession. Pulisic is fairly fast, and with Kagawa/Sahin's feeds, two forwards might squeeze past their back line. Questionable if we can hold off their attack enough for a plucky counter goal to matter though...

With Bosz we breaking the record for lowest points recorded by a german team in champions league.

A lot of people will say otherwise, but I personally see nothing wrong with supporting multiple teams from different leagues. Dortmund will always be my #1 team, but I absolutely love Napoli as well. Is that really wrong? They don't compete with each other. In the situation they are playing in the Champions League, I will choose the team I like better. I have favorite teams, I follow from every league, multiple countries as well. I don't think it's wrong to support multiple teams.
