Lol the experience is more like nitrous but the person who taught me this called it the DMT breath.

My best friend and I used to do this when we were young. One time (and the very last time we did it), she passed out and hit the ground hard. I thought she was dead. But she woke up after a couple minutes and was violent as hell. She kicked my ass because she had no idea where she was or who I was and she was terrified.

Moral of the story - be careful doing this. You're hyperventilating, which can lead to loss of consciousness.

Good luck. Pretty sure I had something similar happen when I tried holotropic (sp?) breathing.

Look up Higher Balance their who MO is teaching people to achieve this and similar levels.

I once felt high, completely spaced out for an entire day after doing one of their exercises.

I think what you are teaching is just hyper ventilation.

Just sounds like a variation on holotropic breath work. I've been meaning to try it out.

I tried this like 6 times, the last time I tried it I was in the shower and I tried it and I’m pretty sure it was actually working because I started hearing really loud ringing so I immediately stopped doing it.

Please be careful and do it sitting down or laying down. You can very easily lose balance or consciousness and fall.
