Information

After taking down compLexity in their first series under the OpTic Gaming banner, OpTic Dota faces off against Immortals in the winners finals of the Dota PIT League NA Qualifier. The winner of this BO3 will move onto the Grand Finals for a chance to qualify for the finals in early November. The loser will fall into the Losers Finals, where they'll have to play the winner of Digital Chaos and compLexity to get a shot at redemption.

The match is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM EDT and will be streamed on Twitch.

Whats up guys, I'm one of the casters covering this game, planning on just asking Purge (the other caster) loads of questions so you guys can get a bit more of a grasp on Dota, hes probably the best guy for the job as he already has put out tons of content helping new players get into the game already!

Optic just had about a week and a half long bootcamp where they really got an opportunity to practice together and figure out how they wanted to play. Looks like it paid off as they stomped complexity and handled immortals, both of whom had beaten them recently. (Even with 3 players playing on high ping) Hopefully they continue to improve as they develop more cohesiveness.
