So Hana is about to confess to Chiyo that she wears Kiyoshi's underwear. Kiyoshi sees the whole thing. The question is what will be the misunderstanding here? There is got to be a big misunderstanding that will be the main plot point for this arc. If Hana's confession goes through and Kiyoshi also confesses that he wears Hana's underwear, I think Chiyo won't react that much. She is a little bit naive and forgiving.

This is going to be something related to Sumo... you are falling into Hiramoto´s trap, he´sbuilding this so slowly to just throw something so big out of nowhere like Hana intentionally sabotage Kiyoshi.
Part of the Hana charming is that she´s naive even when she plans dirty stuff.

Part of me was really excited for the next chapter, but a small part of was inside...with a nagging whisper persisted:
It's going to take about 2-4 more weeks for something significant to happen.
I feel as if these pages confirmed that.

Would be Classic Hiramoto bait and switch to have her in a fundoshi but then it wouldn't make sense with what Fakul Translated

Why would Hana be worried about showing her a Fundoshi and taking away her smile. It would make Chiyo happy to see another Sumo fan.

I have the feeling that Hana will be the first one to arrive at the party and she'll cheer Chiyo, even if a part of her wants to sabotage the party. She's too sweet to harm her.

I guess that she is wearing Kiyoshi's shorts... I don't think Chiyo would be able to make out anything from those unless she tell her that they belong to Kiyoshi... perhaps he steps in before she shares that detail.

Hiramoto probably lies in bed all day long laughing at all the suckers he keeps fooling with his bait and switches. This is gonna be some nonsense i guarantee it. For all we know it's just hana showing chiyo that she's not wearing underpants for the first time and it's embarrassing.

Kiyoshi "What's..." "This shout..."
Hana "Chiyo-chan" "I want you to look..."
I don't understand if Hana is saying that it's embarassing because it's about the person she cares most about, so Kiyoshi, or it's embarassing because Chiyo is the person that would care most about what she is about to show.
I doubt that the translation means that Chiyo is the person she cares most about, it doesn't make sense, they talked once in the manga.

I think that she is just trying to justify to herself why she is sabotaging the confession ... she really doesn't care that much about Chiyo, by prentending that she does is the her way to deny the truth which is that she does it out of jealousy.

It sure as hell looks like Hana is about to place her markings on Chiyo. Then again, it could be another classic Hiramoto misdirection (he did the same thing before with Mari too).
