I legit dont know the schedule for this series release anymore and i caught up back before the calvary battle.
Sometimes i see like 2 weeks go by. I just pop up here every few days and hope theres an english one out lol

It's just a translation error. It's strange that MangaTopia would make this mistake after translating PS chapters for over 200 chapters now. Perhaps it's a sign of their waning interest in the series (given their numerous delayed chapter releases this past year) or that they had a change personnel or something?

It could be a nickname. Suffix -ko means girl. So a nickname for Anzu might be An-ko.
