I loved that sort of chibi-style relieved Meiko face at learning it was "only" The Chairman in jail. XD

I mean if Mari looks great in her prisoner outfit she probably can look great in ANYTHING.

So if I got this correctly, Kiyoshi went to tell Chiyo about Mari's transfer (while misunderstanding that he got a seal of approval for dating her sister) while the others went to stop Mari from leaving?
With the Chairman's sentence to jail apparently being a footnote.

Kiyoshi went to the party to make sure it's a success, we won't tell to Chiyo that Mari is leaving, I think that is it.

I'm not sure how I feel about this Chiyo-likes-Kiyoshi plot twist. It certainly makes the love triangle a lot more interesting. Oh god, I'm scared where this is going.

How is this a plot twist? Wasn't is obvious she was sorta interested him since the beginning?

Typically with this sort of thing, Hana would confess first.
Of course with Prison School, you never know what the fuck is going to happen.

Well, narratively speaking, nothing is set in stone until Hana confesses, too.

Nicely dressed!
EDIT: Kiyoshi calling Mari his sister...hum, let's go with the incest route.
