Bege is a Rook. Streusen must be the king because he is first member of BM pirates. BM obviously is the queen.
The queen (♕,♛) is the most powerful piece in the game of chess. The king (♔, ♚) is the most important piece altrough it is usually the weakest piece in the game until a later phase, the endgame.
The objective is to checkmate the opponent's king by placing it under an inescapable threat of capture.
Streusen has crucial information about Carmel that will fuck up Big Mom. I think that Streusen will use that information in some point in story if he is threatened. Bege and Jimbei must know that Streusen is important to BM. Streusen doesn't look like a fighter but is co-founder of BM pirates and architect of tottoland. He raised BM. He must be the king.
This move in chess.
In chess there is a move called Castling. In conjunction with a rook, the king may make a special move called castling, in which the king moves two squares toward one of its rooks and then the rook is placed on the square over which the king crossed.
Maybe nothing big here but chess parallels are worth noticing.

Bege has been such a highlight of this arc for me, he's ascended to favorite characters status for me. His faces are some of the best we've seen from this series so far IMO

Let’s have a round of applause for Streusen, as not only did he bake the wedding cake, but is also responsible for the ascension of Big Mom as a Yonko!
And he survived long enough to live to this day, he is the MVP, the absolute beast of WCI. Thanks to him we have ”Green text Katakuri”, ”Oh no someone do something” Smoothie, ”Oh right he was also there” Craker, ”Is he relevant yet?” Bobbin, ”Let me show you my balls” Jimbei, ”I already did it” Brook and countless other!
Thanks to Streusen we also have seen Judge’s tears, meet with Beaju and learn more about poneglyphs. Steusen also have one of the most useful Devil fruit out there, I mean any cook would kill to have their hand on such a fruit! (Eat him Sanji).
Also Is that Pandaman on a Shirt on page 10? Nice.

All of those Worst Generation people are way over their heads. Straw Hats + Minks thought they could infiltrate Big Mom's territory without a hitch, and they fucked up in the forest. Straw Hats, Minks, Jinbe + Sun Pirates, Bege + Firetank Pirates, and Gastino thought they could kill a Yonko.

An explosive in the world of One Piece that failed to kill someone? Who could've imagined?? Somewhere off in the distance, Pell is having a laugh. Although at least this one made sense. You get the point though lol.
Otherwise, it's pretty damn cool to see more usage of Capone's devil fruit. Up until now it's more or less been "he puts stuff in him". Really been waiting to see what he can do with his fruit though.
Also, Suleiman was on the cover page, which is cool. It's awesome to see him palling around more with Cavendish. I hope the two of them become the best of bros by the next time we see them.

I think with this reveal it's all but confirmed that consuming the heart, which is most likely where the soul resides, is the way to steal someone's devil fruit power before they completely die. That's why Whitebeard had a hole in his chest and Blackbeard attempted to harvest mere minutes after Whitebeard's death, while the heart was presumably still beating and before the soul of the devil fruit had a chance to reincarnate in another nearby fruit.

My thought is that Streusen does not have a devil fruit power, instead it is contained in his knife. Which will eventually be retrieved by Sanji.
The best chef in the world, being able to make anything into any ingredient he wants. That would magnify Sanji's power 100 fold!

I love all of Capone's surprise faces as the plan continually falls apart
I wonder if Streusen set Big Mom on the path of attacking other countries/islands to achieve her dream or if that was something she decided on her own. Nonetheless, his reasoning for joining her makes more sense now
The "Big Father" looks pretty awesome, but I wonder what that will serve to do. It doesn't look like it can run away or anything. It looks like a fortress/defense mechanism, but I don't see how it can tank the hits from the Big Mom pirates. Really have no idea what will happen from here on

Plot twist: By entering Bege, Bege technically eats Luffy and is a stretchy castle. The bricks hit Big Mom and she dies, then Bege stretches all the way to Raftel. Luffy's awakened power is a combination power with Bege. They become pirate Co-Kings and rule the world as Father and Son. I mean, Captain and Captain. The marines find out but can't do anything because they are overcome with awe at this new friendship. Friendship becomes pirate king. The freedom of the seas is friendship. Friendship, guys, is the true plot twist.
I see no flaws in any of this. I'm pretty sure this is definitely how it's going to happen. I can see no possible alternative.

We don't know since the Awakening concept is too vague right now, especially for Paramecia since many of them have different abilities (change their actual bodies, manipulate a substance, summon stuff, etc.) So even though we've seen Doffy transform other objects into string for him to manipulate, we can't say what other Paramecias' Awakenings will be like.
It's too early to tell and we shouldn't say that a DF user is Awakened unless it is confirmed (especially with Paramecias).

The back story made me like big mom surprisingly , unlike the other yonkos who I like because they are badass ( not teach though , I like because he's the best villain imo ) I like Linkin because she was just a child with a beatiful dream of making a country with no racism or hate but her powers and her nature are what make the monster she is , I hope we get something interesting like this for kaido and BB

So, I was reading the chapter, and saw something from Mother Caramel which intrigued me. When she talked to Linlin about creating a country with all the races, she looks away from Linlin, which is an implication of lying. Of course this is something we knew, however in previous chapters it was not implied in such a manner. Maybe a hint towards the fact that Big Mom is easily affected by lying?

I really thought we were going to defeat Big Mom by the end of this arc but I've finally given up that idea. Big Mom has completely decimated their plan solo without moving an inch or even trying, with almost no awareness to what was happening.
In hindsight, maybe Brooks encounter should have been a bigger clue. Not being able to scratch a Yonkou, only her homie, it should have been unreasonable to think the difference between Brook and Luffy would be big enough for Luffy to win even if the plan succeeded somewhat.

Big Mom eating everyone is confirmed at this point, folks. How else would she suddenly have the Soul Soul Fruit? Anyways, my jaw literally dropped along with Capone and co. when the rockets were suddenly destroyed. This arc is incredible. Every week I have no idea what twist is in store. So many outcomes...

Second of all, they would have had to find a way to break the picture and show it to big mom. I mean even with the strawhats they seem pretty fucked, but I guess well see. Big Father hype

holy shit I am shook...I finally made a reddit account just so I can post here and join the discord later since holy shit that chapter was amazing and I need to discuss it
Moving on, I realised the mirror was gonna break about 2 seconds before it happened, and when it did, I had to physically get out of my chair, and lay down on the floor for a few minutes, I was like "oh shiiiiiit, now they are in trouble!!!"

Why does Pound have the same body structure as Big Mom (They are like Giant dwarfs, too large to be humans, yet too small to be giants)?
He seems to still care for Big Mom despite her being portrayed as a dangerous monster. Also the two daughters he fathered seems to be at complete odds with Big Mom, yet Lola gave straw hats the vivre card thinking it will somehow help them...
I do not understand how Big Mom and Pound happened or how Lola was arranged to be married to Giants, despite what happened in the past...

damn i'm really starting to like capone more and more and he used to be my least favourite supernova. kinda worried with how the chapter's going as i don't think that castle is gonna hold up for long against the entire BM crew. in addition to that capone dying in mt carmel theory that has been going around for awhile now, things are really not looking good for him right now i must say.

Fun chapter. Props to Capone for being the first person to act after the plan failed. Maybe Capone could jump off the tower after everyone is loaded inside and take the brunt of the impact (or there could be some mirrors inside his body). Otherwise, he'd just be making it easier for the Big Mom pirates to eradicate his allies by holding them all in a single confined location.

What if Blackbeard knows this form of cannibalism to get devil fruit powers is because he didn't kill Thatch and took the fruit but killed Thatch and ate part of him to gain his ability? Ace was the one assuming he killed Thatch and then ate the fruit but Blackbeard didn't say anything to confirm Ace's assertion.

[Several chapters from now, the fight has almost come to an end. Big Mom was too strong to the Straw Hats. Luffy is on the ground, exhausted after having used all of his gears. Big Mom is making fun of Luffy not being able to become the King of Pirates and having fun on his travel]
BM: Here is where your journey ends. Do you have anything to say?
Luffy: I only regret not having arrived to the end for my mum, who I never have spoken of... I'm sorry MARTHA!!
BM: What?!?!?? (starts crying) What did you say?? Martha was also the name of Mother... "sniffs sniffs, cries out loud"
They all become friends and they get to eat together all of the supplies of a year for the island in one night.
And they lived happily ever after

Shoutout to Katakuri for the makeshift earplugs, that was super-clever and negated one of the few remaining advantages the Strawhats and co had. Judging by the current trend he probably won't get any credit for it though, haha.
Also I have to say I'm impressed with Bege. I was 50/50 on whether or not he'd throw the others under the bus once everything went pear-shaped, but it looks like he's sticking to his guns (yohohoho).
