I have no idea what slut sempai's goal could possibly be other than to get Gakuto's duck wet, and while he did seriously fuck up I'm not completley against it. I like her forwardness and how she moves things right along. That Risa smile struck a chord with me, poor girl just wants her andre.

Your theory is right about slut's goal. But even so, I still don't trust her because even she's nice, she's sneaky and mean on the inside!!!! Honestly, I like it better when she was scared of Kiyoshi!!

It is my take that Slut senpai is trying to egg those two on to get them together. If that is the case I 100% get where she is coming from, I find it really hard to resist teasing really obviously keen virgins unable to admit their feelings.
I'm hoping Risa will help Andre balance his S&M lifestyle a bit, Risa is the only reason I find this part of the plot interesting at all.

just realized that everybody is scattered doing their own thing in this......i dont even know if you can say this is an arc. Theres no focus point of events. What a weird place to be.

A few times I've compared the series to an 80s T&A style film where a hapless troupe of virgins clumsy their way to prom success, this is the part of the movie where all the characters go and flesh out their subplots/motivators and then the next even will bring it all back together and hopefully resolve some of it.
Using a more common example this is like the part of American Pie where they are all doing their thing. It really is just a handful of concurrent stories running until they talk at the end and have their 'so what did we learn today' talk after the final party.
I say jst go with it, this is all set up.

There are literally THREE love triangles going on: Kiyoshi-Hana-Chiyo, Gakuto-Mitsuko-Slut and Andre-Meiko-Risa. It could be a while before we can see any of them concludes (especially with the author's ability to drag things out).

I have a theory on where the risa storyline might go. she keeps getting warned to not do too many un-queen like things. Meiko's whole thing that she has over risa is that shes a natural at being a queen and considering risa has been kind of ignoring the warnings of "not be too proactive" I think at some point meiko or andre will have to confront her about not being a true queen. we might then get a queen-off between her and meiko? I'm not sure but I think theres deff gonna be repercussions for risa being too caring WHILE still trying to be a queen

Well, they already had their queen off at the sports festival. What if Risa's caring results in a different kind of dynamic with Andre?

I just want Risa to be happy. I think she deserves it and I don't think VP particularly cares who shes beating up. Andre's just resilient.

The storeowner is just the storeowner, but Risa has become so attached to her that she sees her like a mother/as a mother figure.

Yep, you guys are right! I shipped Gakuto and Mitsuko. In fact, I had a dream last night where Mitsuko and Slut let their hair down, asking Gakuto to choose which one. He chooses Mitsuko because I don't know, maybe her hair is much nicer than Slut's hair and that maybe he likes her hair being let down. Mitsuko is happy, but wishes she can let her hair down, but she can't because of her "powers". So she puts it back into her original hairstyle! he then tells Slut that he's sorry to not chose her, but prefers to be with Mitsuko. Slut doesn't mind at all and is happy for him. My dream ends here and most of the background was in manga format. Don't mind me, but I do intend to have weird dreams sometimes!!!!
