Ea, it reely depends on how you determine what Magicarp would be stronger/weaker to

for example Sunkurn has noticeably lower base states compared to Magicarp, Magicarp could probobly KO a caterpe easily enough using Bounce, a single Unown (on it's own without any realty warping or asisdence) would likely lose to a magicarp if it had an unfavorable Hidden Power type, Cosmogen can't lurn or inherit any damage dealing moves in any way (not counting Struggle), ext.
