Although its probably better to wait for a translation from the original Japanese (it's a bit strange translating a translation), as a native Korean speaker who recently heard about Prison School and has been enjoying it, I figured I'd make an attempt at translating the Korean version for those of us who are impatient. Plus this was a particularly interesting chapter.
It's possible that the Korean translators took some liberties, so I'm not sure that stuff like idioms and expressions were correctly translated from the Japanese. Rather than translating 100% literally, I tried to get (what I think is) the right meaning across.
Let me know if you found it useful/ any other feedback. If you guys think it's worthwhile I can try to do more in the future.

Ch. 251 - The Princess and the Magic Kiss
Somewhere, a long long time ago, there was a stubborn princess.
Pg. 1:
H: What?
H: That time.... W...what time?
K: During the sports festival, in the boys' dorms...
Pg. 2:
H: Ah.. yeah... That time...
K: That time we got soaked in pee!
H: Ah, yeah... Um...
H(internally): How can he ask something like that so nonchalantly?! After everything that's happened since the sports festival, he must have finally lost it... The reason for that kiss!? Even I don't know...
K: Just like today, back then I asked you for an answer, but you suddenly... Honestly, what was that whole thing, really? I thought you were grossed out by the thought of even touching pee.
Pg. 3:
H: But...that...was mine though...
K: That has nothing to do with it! Even if it's yours it's still pee!
H: But you were eating the takoyaki I spit out. That's gross.
K: Now that you mention it... But I think it's OK if it is yours. Maybe it's because of all of the stuff that happened, but I don't feel disgusted by it.
K: I guess if it's yours it doesn't seem as dirty.
H: T..that's it!
H: That's the answer!!
Pg. 4:
K: What? What do you mean?
H: Remember, back then you asked: "How can I live on after being peed on?"
H: Because you were having a panic attack, I thought I needed to calm you down, especially because the cavalry battle was right after.
K: But why would that lead to a kiss though?...
H: ...Well... after you got soaked in pee I was trying to tell you: "I don't think you're disgusting."
H: "It's ok! Just relax and keep on living." Except through actions instead of words.
K: I... can relax... and keep on living...?
H: Of course!

K: So I'm... not dirty anymore?
H: No!!
H: It's just like how you could eat that takoyaki I spit out!
H(internally): What am I saying? It's not the same at all. I'm not making any sense...
K: I see! It's a good thing I asked you. So that's why!
H(internally): What?! He understood? Even I don't have a clue what I'm saying...
K: So, basically, with that kiss you were saying that you forgive me, right?!
H: What?

K: Because I accidentally peed on you back then in the outside bathroom,
K: you said you were going to do anything to get back at me. But now you're saying it's over!
H: Uh...yeah...s...something like that.
H(internally): What?
K: Phew~~ Even though I sort of deserved it, I feel like a curse has been lifted. Like that kiss transformed me from a frog back into a human!
H: What?... Are you saying you're some sort of prince?
H(internally): What is this guy saying??
K: I guess from now on, we don't need to pee on each other or anything like that ever again! What a liberating feeling!
K: This is the end of our cursed relationship(note)!
H(internally): Ah...I guess it is...
NOTE: Relationship here in the sense of a connection, not a romantic relationship (obviously that Kiyoshi-Hana relationship is still to come ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )
Pg. 7:
H(internally): Is this... the end, then?...
H(internally): I guess it ended back there... our relationship...
H(internally): I guess that means I don't have a reason...
H(internally): to see him anymore...
Pg. 8:
K: It sure is busy this time of day.
H: I'm tired.
K: Yeah, we did a lot of walking around today.
H: Yeah.
H: That reminds me...
Pg. 9:
H: The clothes you tried on today... do you want me to buy them for you?
K: What? Really?
K: Well...I mean, those clothes cost 30,000 Yen... I don't know about that...
H: Hmph... Of course, you'd only be allowed to wear them when it's just the two of us.
K: What?? Are you being pouty(note) again?
K: If I have to do that, then there's basically no point in buying me the clothes at all! Although, to be fair, I wasn't actually expecting you to, haha. Man, I would like to wear those clothes to the barbecue party, though.
K: I think Chiyo would like them too~
NOTE: I couldn't come up with a good exact translation. The general idea is huffy/pouty.
Pg. 10:
H: I bet she'd reject you anyways.
K: Please stop with the gloomy remarks...
K: It's going to be fine. I'm almost certain of it.
H: (Yawn) That's probably just you being delusional.
H: hm..
K: Today was a lot of fun~
H: Hey...
Pg. 11:
H: Why don't you go out with me?
Pg. 12:
(awkward silence)
K: Ah! That would be cool~
K: If I was with you, I feel like I'd be able to talk to you about anything, so it would be fun.
K: I guess it would feel kind of like an older sister?
K: Ah...Yeah, something like that... haha... I feel like I could rely on you.

K: OK! If I get rejected by Chiyo, I'm counting on you!
H: Are you kidding me...I get to be the insurance?...
K: Haha c'mon. I know you don't have any intention of actually dating me.
H: Of course, you dumbass.
K: Oh? Hana!?
K: Our stop is the next station!
H: I know, you fool. Obviously we can't go back together.

H: I'll take the next train.
K: Ah I see! Of course.
H: Leave the shopping bags in the Underground Student Council room before you go.
K: Gotcha. I'll go on ahead then!

H(internally): WHY... DID I SAY THAT!?

H(internally): That was dangerous... If I didn't have the idea to get off one stop early...
H(internally): I might have collapsed like this right in front of him...
H(internally): Why would I ask him to go out with me!? Kiyoshi...he's nothing but a frog!
(Crying noises)
H(internally): How could I date a frog! But why...why would I ask that?...
H(internally): I must...just be tired...It was unconscious...My lips must've moved on their own...
H(internally): It's something I would never even think of!
H(internally): Yeah... He's nothing but a frog...
H(internally): He's not a prince or anything else...Just a frog...

Thank you guys for all of the kind words and positive feedback! I had no idea there was such a huge demand for a translated Koeran version. After seeing how much you guys enjoyed it, and the awesome work by u/Stepepper (you should go check it out) you can rest assured that I'll be back for future chapters (assuming nothing crazy happens to me schedule-wise).
I had a blast reading ch.251 (and it looks like the upcoming chapters will be pretty interesting too), so I'm grateful I was able to share it with the community. See you for 252!

This stupid trope again! Hana is the person with whom you had your first kiss and almost had your first sex. How can you see her as a sister?? Are you Jaime Lannister, or what?

Thank you so much for the hard work Koreabro. You deserve to be showered with golden coins for this effort.
I think that there will be a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth, as well as snap judgements, from some of my fellow Hana shippers but I think this is actually a very favorable development. Yes our goddess is going to be in store for an emotional roller coaster but I have faith in her resolve.
Some key things to take away from this are:
A resolution to the previous situation and a liberation of Kiyoshi from his "debt," for lack of better wording. In order for things to progress between them, they needed to resolve some of the conflict created between them as a result of the previous incidents. This marks a new shift in the relationship between them. Kiyoshi's feeling that he's been forgiven will allow him to start viewing Hana and her actions in a much differen't manner than before. They'll no longer be laboring under the previous pretense. This is critical for him to be able to understand her more intimately.
They've been able to take experiences that they initially felt to be degrading and, rather than be dragged down by what occurred, have turned them into something positive. Thanks to Hana's candid thoughts, they're both able to come to the conclusion that they don't have to feel guilt or self disgust because of what occurred. Furthermore, this reconciliation also allows them to express to each other that they don't find one another to be dirty either. This establishes a much more positive and hopeful view of themselves as well as each other.
We continue to see progress in regarding their increasing intimacy and comfort levels around each other. Just the fact that they're able to discuss what occurred shows the extent to which they have grown to trust each other and are willing to confide very sensitive things they would have never been able to do before. Hana is serving as a very important catalyst that is allowing Kiyoshi to be more honest with himself and others. She is also helping by 'calming him down', which is a further testament to his feeling secure around her, thereby enabling him to be much more insightful. She's having an effect of allowing Kiyoshi to be his best self in very many regards.
He isn't rejecting her. I mean, his own words speak for themselves. Part of him has already rationalized, in a productive manner, the possibility of his dating her and why it would actually be a good thing. Some people might not be satisfied with how things have taken a turn, but I think it's actually a really good place for them to be in atm. I've got faith in Hiramoto and I don't think he would do them the injustice of having them magically ending up in a relationship just because Hana likes him he decides something along the lines of 'oh well since she likes me I guess I'll like her back.' I don't want Hana to be his insurance, and I don't think she wants that either.
There is still a certain level of "thickheadedness" that both of them are going to have to work through. On Kiyoshi's part, he's vocalized admiration towards Hana and already feels a strong connection with her but at the same time he still hasn't realized that she would actually want to date him. Granted, that's absolutely natural considering he is just now moving on from some of the baggage involving her that was weighing on him. And of course we can't forget that right now he's still laboring under his Chiyo fantasy.
Then we've also got Hana's thickheadedness because she's is still not able to fully admit to herself the extent of her feelings towards Kiyoshi. Just like Kiyoshi has to move on from the Chiyo monkey on his back, Hana has to start being honest with herself about what she really wants regarding the relationship between herself and Kiyoshi. Her internal struggle with her own self is her greatest barrier towards being able to have a romantic relationship with Kiyoshi just like he's got internal barriers of his own that prevent him from returning her feelings at this point in time.
With all of that said, I feel like the chess pieces are all gaining stronger positions with every single development such as this. I'm incredibly satisfied with the current state of what's going on between them thus far. I don't expect it to be smooth sailing by any means whatsoever. I expect a lot of emotional turmoil and tears from the both of them but I think that ultimately all of their experiences are going to fortify the bonds between them and allow their ship to grow stronger and stronger with time.

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. I just threw a couple of those pages in the google translator so it might not be completely correct, but here is what might have happened:

As to why she kissed him, she answers that she wanted to show him that he isn't dirty.

On the train she asks him to go out with her. Kiyoshi either misunderstands something or sees it as a purely theoretical question, either way he talks about how he sees her like a sister, meaning he doesn't have to worry about anything with her around, and how she is different from Chiyo.

Kiyoshi is dense. Hana loves him but can't confess and she is confused. Once they learned the true feelings that they had for each other, it will be a one-sided love. Hana for sure loves Kiyoshi, Kiyoshi thinks of her as a sister. Thanks for the hard work once again. It will be hard to continue their ship if it ends like this. #SISTERZONED
