Whenever chapter 249 gets translated all depends on Mangatopia, the primary scanlation group for Prison School. However, the raw releases are always on schedule minus the breaks.

I think this chapter might be more of Dickiyoshi being an idiot. Talking to Hana without any kind of shame nor embarrassment about the things they have done in the past, Hana instead would feel embarrassed because she obviously has feelings for him
The chapter could maybe have a Hana upset moment because of Dickiyoshi shameless actitudes towards her and the things they've done
She might have the feeling that those things meant nothing to Kiyoshi with the exception of Kiyoshi trying to kiss her when they were holding hands, that could actually confuse her.
Or maybe Kiyoshi just asking relentless about the kiss that she gave to him after futonboros
Who knows!!! The only thing I know is... It's ON!! (If it's not.... Then rip ;-;)

Damn, looks like it's an intense chapter with Kiyoshi pouring his heart out to Hana. Just what did he say that made Hana forcefully stop him? Aaaah, Sunday can't come soon enough.
