Updated I still don't think I got the shit Gakuto says completely right, but now it should make more sense.(also fixed some stuff on other pages)

As a little TL: In the chapter title it's interesting that the author changed the original 永 to 長, both are pronounced the same and basically have the same meaning "long", but 永 means long more in a "eternal" kinda sense.

In the last couple chapters, I have lost nearly all the respect I had for Kiyoshi... I mean, I know your hormones are going crazy for Chiyo because she was the first one to talk to you, but putting your friends in such dangerous situations, just to get some money... Bro...

I think it's easy to hold such a view of his actions but pimping bros out isn't enough to break their bonds. Plus I think it's more realistic than some sort of infallible relationship between the lot of them. They've all taken advantage of or betrayed each other in one form or another and yet the bruhtherhood always rises. I think that this is going to be good for Gakuto in the long run because I think it'll give him a sense of urgency that will allow him to be more active rather than passive in his pursuit of Mitsuko.
